Dianabol (a Steroid) and MDMA interaction

SWIM is on 30mg (6 pink tablets) of Dianabol a day.
Would the combination of Dianabol and MDMA be dangerous, bearing in mind the effect of steroids on blood pressure and the heart?
SWIM took 3 E's last night, and woke up this morning with a very bad comedown. Comparable to 6 or so E's normally. Steroids and known to knock your immune system, hence the comedown. SWIM also has a bad cough for no reason. Some general facts about Steroid and MDMA interaction would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

SWIM knows of a bodybuilder on steroids who took MDMA and GHB and died. 24 years old. He also knows of a lot of other guys who use cocaine, MDMA and everything else in the book along with steroids and are fine. Just know there are risks and steroids are serious drugs; especially Dianabol. That's a heavy oral steroid and your liver is under a lot of stress I'm sure. SWIM suggests wait until your cycle is over.

A lot of juicers will get a cough and sometimes the flu when taking juice (steroid flu is what they call it). It is not entirely uncommon.

no, not from oral steroids, the flu symptoms are related to etiocholanolone a metabolite of testosterone (and some other anabolic androgenic steroids), and even perhaps an accute autoimmune (short off) reaction to the injection.

and what sould concer SWIY sould be liver health, other than that AAS and MDMA have no significant interactions (one could argue that androgens cause more serotonin to be circulating, but its just a hypothesis)

Swim has taken mdma before whilst on a course of 12 dianabol and sustanon before. But quite rightly pointed out, swim believes that steroids do cause a drop in the immune system

actually steroids supress the cellular portion of the immune system. You see there are two "arms of attack" in immunology, the cellular portion and the humeral portion. The cellular portion atacks pathogens in a non specific way, ie it sends phagocytes, causes inflamation, vasoconstriction etc. The humeral part relies on identification of the pathogen via varius mechanisms and the secretion of antibodies which is fast, efficient but very specific.

androgens supress the first part, ie they are somewhat antiiflamatory. Test flu which you get from suspetion and other forms of testosterone is a result of a metabolic derivative of testosterone etiocholanolone. The cough is multifold, and while you get it more with trenbolone (especially its short esters, like acetate and hexahydrobenzylcarbonate) is probably a responce to increased number of prostagladins in the injection site or fast absorbion of the compound which is in oil form and the oil constricts the lung epithilials

Coug may in generl occure from any oily injection, it´s due to the oil-carrier used, also, if injected accidentially into the bloddstream, it can cuase severe cough, especially if very"spicy" steroids, like tren is used.

30mg isn´t that much, if taken alone, I wouldnßt do it too long though and take a day off inbetween -it´s suppodes to help swim and swiy to have a cleaner and softer come-down, because d-bol especially is said to be a "feel-good" steroid, which swim underlines with an excellerationmark! -excellent anti-depressant at 25mg eod, negotiating corticosteroid therapy´s side-effects and preventing cort dose increases by booosting cortisol activity via aromatase-> 17alkyl-estradiol.

The steroid-heart-issue is mostly a myth, although there´re incidences in bodybuiling with heart-attacks it´s mostly due to the combination of steroids and high doese clenbuterol(or even clen alone is a risk), which is a killer and a great risk, the intermediate wall thickness of the heart due to steroids doesn´t impair its function, testosterone is even supposed to help in cardiac remoddeling after infarct:http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/q...109&query_hl=2

steroids like d/bol are known to cause an increase in red blood cell count which causes the blood to thicken which with stimulants can cause a higher risk of heart attacks and stroke so be carefull when taking both steroids and stimulants.

thats not entirely true, steroids do cause a rise in RBC but they also interact with the fybrinolitic system causing the blood to be less likely to clot. Actually thats nature at its best, it naturaly protects us from blood clots during periods of increased testosterone

the net effect though is that if you accidentaly cut your self you'll be bleeding like there is no tomorow (trust me you dont want to get a shaving cut while on androgens)
