Caught with Dutch

Before I say anything I want to point this out, My parents are very strict people , so thats the only reason I'm bugging.

Tonight J had a "BluntVille" Blunt in the package brought home for a wake and bake tommorow. J stashed it in a different place than his bud, bowl, etc.Of course, his parents found it and said if he said where he got it he won't be in trouble(I know this was a mistake and so does he). He said he got it at the local corner-store to cover up SWIM and they didn't ask for ID. J's dad is going to the police station tommorow toreport the store selling this. SWIM used to work at this mini-mart and as far as he knows there is no visible security cameras and they store owners are verrry cheap so if he had them they would be visible. There is a buzzer that goes to the police station behind the counter, too. Is there any advice you can give J?What if he does have a security camera and there is no J on them for the whole day, week, or even month? Is there any loopholes in the system?

Thanks for your time

I dont really understand your question. Do you want to be on the video? If your dad isnt gonna give you shit then I dont understand why you're worried. Is there a law against selling blunts where u are from? There seems to be alot of questions lately about pissed off strict parents. Moto is getting confused.

By your post you are telling me you are underage? If so i dont think you are allowed to be here. Not to be mean even if i knew what your question was it would go back to the point that your dad would have nothing agaisnt them but since i am assuming you ARE underage then its kind of a cycle of what the fuck is going on

I am of legal age, and i bought a BluntVille cigar for him, but if they go to the police station and at the mini-mart the police find out they never sold him anything to him, he will be in deep shit, at least with his parents.

Swim doubts the police care. That is a lot of work for a cigar. Its not a crime to sell a cigar especially if you are of age.. Your post also does not state you are caught with drugs or anything illegal. Where was the law broken? Sounds just like you parents are mad and trying to scare you..

Hotboxed (finally) asks: "can he [J] get in any trouble with the police for lying about this?"

The law (in most states anyway) states that giving false info to a cop is illegal. If J's dad makes a report to the police about the mini-mart, he will be telling the truth: "My son said, the mini-mart sold tobacco to a minor."

Now, if J (himself) made the complaint, he would be lying. But his dad does not know that J lied; therefore, he is being completely honest.

It all worked out and they didn't make a formal complaint, and they are going to make a "courtesy call" to the mini-mart. Thanks for all your hope. Please lock topic.
