I'm a woman and just tried Libido Forte and like to share my experience.

Libido forte does not persé enhance desire, but being able to at it for many hours many times after each other has its advantages.
Libido forte is a sexual performance pill. For some even a sexual performance secret. As such it also has a disadvantage: Some friends use it to impress first dates. That works very well. But after that expectancy of those dates is very high, so they keep on using libido forte. So I guess it is best to use libido forte in relationships or after the first few dates.
