Extradition ?
What are the conditions for extradition from, say, the USA to other country under drug trafficking charges ? Any minimal ammount or so ?
Suppose one mails 100 MDMA pills or so to Japan, or The Phillipines, or Singapore ? Can an USA citizen be extradited and prosecuted and jailed in another country like that ? This is an hypothetical situation. Just curious about it. THX.
