Alright, i am on a suboxone maintenence program. I was hooked on heroing for about 8 months, and this stuff works great. now my question is, how long should i wait after my last dose of suboxone to take some oxycodone's or heroin? Because the suboxone has buprenorphine as well as Naltrexone, which is an opiate blocker. My question is how long does it take for the naltrexone to be out of ur system so i can take my opiate of choice? It would suck to buy a bag of skag, boot it, and not get high because the naltrexone is still in ur blood....thanks in advance!!

The naltrexone from subs shouldnt even enter your blood when taken orally. It is just there to prevent abuse if injected. Some people are sensitive to it though, but wouldnt worry about the nalrexone really.

As for the subs themselves, they are a partal antagonist as well, so after doing heroin, then take subs later, you may get sick. So the antagonist effects of eating more subs is what you have to be careful about.

It depends how much heroin you do though. I knew people that would get high on top of subs and feel it nicely. A low dose of subs doesnt really block anything (nor does a low dose of methadone). You need a fat dose of methadone to block. They would always end up sick though since would do heroin for a few days, not wait long enough to eat the subs, withdrawal.

Not good to mess around if on subs. A low methadone dose is best. Although, wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go on MMT.

Getting high once will have no consequences I am sure. Getting high many days in a row surely will though.

Never been on subs personally. The sick info is just from what I have seen. I am sure everyone has different results.

u can't take suboxone orally, you must take it sublingually. If you took it orally, it won't do nothing at all...but a while back, i remember shooting up some dope when the day before i took my suboxone. I didn't even get high off the dope. So i'm guessing i have to wait at least a day n a half before taking any opiates.



now, if ur supposed to take suboxone under the tounge, would it work if i took them rectally???

Yes, it dissolves under the tongue, thats what I mean by orally.

May need to do more. Before, methadone swim would need 2 bags to get the sick off and get nice buzz. Once on methadone, even a low dose, would need 6 bags at least to get high. Back to back shots of 3. To get really high, at least 10 bags over the course of a couple hours. On a high dose of methadone 80+mg, thats high to swim really, pointless to do dope. Swim kept his dose at like 30-40mg on purpose and would need that amount of dope. Also, would wait until methadone was at its weakest before even trying. Dose usally 8am, so 2-3am would be best. Dosing, then trying to get high anytime after an hour or two of dosing proved to be pointless and just a waste of money I could have spent on something good.

On methadone, 1 bag of dope wouldnt do anything. It is obviously blocking, just not much is what I mean. Need higher doses of opiates.

Just be careful man. Just be smart and realize what you need first before shooting a fat shot of dope. Start from 1 bag and work your way up. Better yet, dont even do it. Not worth it.

What about skipping subs, letting yourself start to get sick...for SURE will feel it. Would need lower amount of dope in this situation though.

Depends on dope of course. Even though chicago is littered with very high quality dope. Doesnt mean you will get it all the time. You may have crap dope from a spot one day, then next day it will knock you out and next thing you know your friend is turning blue.

I quit all this stuff though, so dont have to worry. One of the darker sides of drug addiction. Screwing with maintenance programs to get high on top of it.

i don't really get sick when i don't take my subs, just maybe a little discomfort. Buffalo has really good dope too, its getting to become an epidemic. We got suburben kids (like swim) taking the 33 to the west side and bringing back bundles to sell to other kids in the burb's..ur right though...it ain't worth it... we'll see what happens! Yeah, we were the suburban kids as well, heading to the south side, walking around projects at 3am like a bunch of fools copping dope. Someone could have easily jacked us. I knew a few people that got jacked at gun point, beat down, etc. I was one of the lucky ones and never had an issue really. Except for cops. The cops are crazy in chicago now. Not even worth it to cop. All (well, most) projects have been knocked down. They put cameras all over the west side so drive up spots move deeper in. They must of added 1000 cops since they are everywhere. Not even worth it. You will end up in cook county jail, sick, which is one of the most miserable experiences a human being can experience. They have a law where even if they see you down there, attempt to buy. You wont see me copping dope anymore either Gave up all opiates for good.

Can still cop dope, just more risky since if you are white, and they see you, will mess with you for sure. Since no reason for a white kid to be in that area, they know what you are doing for sure.
