Hours of energy now? No crash later? Hah!
What I find funny is that 5 Hour Energy now has to put a
disclaimer at the bottom of their advertisements stating that "no crash refers to
sugar crash"..
It is as simple as Kailey put it: the only way to avoid a
caffeine crash is ingest more. But that will only postpone the inevitable. On the other hand, vitamins, especially B, help with energy. Other than that, you could make sure that you eat satisfying and healthy meals to naturally increase your metabolism/energy level.
