I have chronic insomnia. To go to sleep, I take 3miligrams of melatonin 45 minutes before bedtime. At bedtime I then take 4 large gelatin capsules of Valerian root. The melatonin kicks in fast and puts me to sleep, while the valerian keeps me asleep all night. All legal over-the-counter stuff. I don't take the valerian on weekends so that tolerance to it doesn't develop.

I agree, That is actually the best advice i have ever heard heh

I wouldnt say less coke i would say... Stop earlier, 5-7 hours is probolly accurate so stop 5-7 hours goto bed.. SImple you answear your own question.

It takes me.... 15 minutes to fall asleep once i lay down heh... wtf u think im some kind of weirdo..

I dont lay down till im ready for bed tho, I goto bed at like 3 am when im sober lmfao

For SWIM its an hour per gram after the last line. 4 grams awake for 4 hours after the last line.
