I like alcohol, but I try to only drink on the weekends. I'd like to try GHB, though, because it's supposed to have similar effects without the hangover.

i like alcohol because its not in your system as long as other drugs, plus i
get a good vibe from it, ima happy drunk. same with my bro, he used to
smoke up every day but quit because when he smoked up he didnt feel
like doin shit. last time he got high he took a F*cking nap. but we do
dabble in other drugs, dxm is fun and shrooms can be exciting.

I drink a lot. I never get hangovers. I find drinking with friends to be really fun.



I have the opposite problem than the original poster. Everyone around
me is always trying to get people to smoke fuckin blunts. What the
hell.. at least when you're drinking you have the ambition to get out
of your chair and do something more than order a pizza.

I enjoy alcohol as a social tool. It helps me to overcome social anxieties and such. I'm sure there are drugs that would help me more for this but alcohol is socially exceptable and so I'm content with it. For me, alcohol is not a good recreational drug though.

LOL. I am irish and all these stories I hear about us are pretty much all untrue. We just like our drink and can handle it better. (or so legend has it).

Anyway. I drink, but never to get completely wasted, that is just stupid. A few sociable one's are always nice, enough to get you jolly and have fun. Not enough to be puking my ring up and staring at the bottom of a toilet for hours.

Guiness is better than beer also. Well IMO.

I have the same attitude towards alcohol as well. Nothing beats having a few drinks with your buddies or at a party. When you start drinking to get fucked up however, drinking really looses it's apeal.
