Post Marijuana recipes for new cook book THC (Tasteful Hemp Cooking)
Hi E.T is putting together with some help from a friend publisher to make a all complet guide to cook cannabis. Recipes are welcome and will be tested before adding it to the book. Be original and try different things, who knows maybe you will find THE recipe for THC (Tasteful Hemp Cooking).
(These recipes are not ordered yet) THC (Tasteful Hemp Cooking by E.T and Universe Milkyway publishing. Pot Soup -------- 1 can condensed beef broth 3 tablespoons grass 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 can water 3 tablespoons chopped watercress Combine all ingredients in a saucepan an dbring to a boil over medium heat. Place in a refrigerator for two to three hours, reheat, and serve. Pork and Beans and Pot ---------------------- 1 large can pork and beans 1/2 cup marihuana 4 slices bacon 1/2 cup light molasses 1/2 teaspoon hickory salt 3 pineapple rings Mix together in a casserole, cover top with pineapple and bacon, bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serves about six. The Meat Ball ------------- 1 lb. hamburger 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup bread crumbs 3 tablespoons grass 3 tablespoons India relish Mix it up and shape into meatballs. Brown in frying pan and drain. Place in a casserole with soup and 1/2 cup water, cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Feeds about four people. Spaghetti Sauce --------------- 1 can tomato paste 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped marihuana 1 pinch pepper 1 can water (6 oz) 1/2 clove minced garlic 1 bay leaf 1 pinch thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt Mix in a large pot, cover and shimmer with frequent stirring for two hours. Serve over spaghetti. Pot Loaf -------- 1 packet onion soup mix 1 can whole peeled tomatoes (16 oz) 1/2 cup chopped marihuana 2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg 4 slices bread, crumbed Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Bake for one hour in 400-degree oven. Serves about six. Chili Bean Pot -------------- 2 lbs. pinto beans 1 lb. bacon, cut into two-inch sections 2 cups red wine 4 tablespoons chili powder 1/2 clove garlic 1 cup chopped grass 1/2 cup mushrooms Soak beans overnight in water. In a large pot pour boiling water over beans and simmer for at least an hour, adding more water to keep beans covered. Now add all other ingredients and continue to simmer for another three hours. Salt to tast. Serves about ten. Apple Pot --------- 4 apples (cored) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup water 4 cherries 1/3 cup chopped grass 2 tablespoons cinamon Powder the grass in a blender, then mix grass with sugar and water. Stuff cores with this paste. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon, and top with a cherry. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Banana Bread ------------ 1/2 cup shortening 2 eggs 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 teaspoons baking powder 1 cup sugar 1 cup mashed bananas 2 cups sifted flour 1/2 cup chopped marihuana 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped nuts Mix the shortening and sugar, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Seperately mix bananas with lemon juice and add to the first mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, then mix all ingredients together. Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees. Sesame Seed Marihuana Cookies ------------ 3 oz ground roast sesame seeds 3 tablespoons ground almonds 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 cup honey 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 oz grass Toast the grass until slightly brown and then crush it in a mortar. Mix crushed grass with all other ingredients, in a skillet. Place skillet over low flame and add 1 tablespoon of salt butter. Allow it to cook. When cool, roll mixture into little balls and dip them into the sesame seeds. If you happen to be at a place where pot is being grown, here's one of the greates recipes you can try. Pick a medium-sized leaf off the marihuana plant and dip it into a cup of drawn butter, add salt, and eat. Marijuana butter the standard way ------------ 1oz semi chopped marijuana 1 part water 1 part butter Directions: - Boil the water - Chuck the butter in & turn it down low. - add the marijuana - On a very low heat simmer for a minimum of 2-3 hours. -Turn off heat & allow to cool -The contents will separate, scoop the butter out andleave the water and excess weed This is an easy way to make the marijuana butter because, THC is not water soluble and when the butter solidifies, will the useless weed stays in the water and all the THC mixes with the butter. For a better "less green" taste, sit all the marijuana you intend to cook in tepid (slightly above room temp) water overnight, all the Chlorophyll will drain & yet all the THC remains in the weed. Cannabis milk ------------ Put milk and cannabis into a double boiler Cook on medium heat for half an hour, stirring often Strain cannabis from milk and discard Store milk in an air tight container in the fridge. Cannabis milk is perfect to use in other recipes like Pancakes or Pot pasta. Weed Brownies ------------ 6 ounces of unsweetened chololate 6 ounces (3/4 cup) of Marijuana butter 4 eggs 1 tablespoonful of vanilla 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 1/2 cups of honey 4 cups of flour 3 tablespoons of Jack Daniels (optional) Greased 9x12 baking dish or pan Melt chocolate in a double-boiler saucepan, add butter and honey, mix well, add eggs and mix again, add salt and vanilla, mix again, add flour, mix again. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Allow 1 hour to cool and set before cutting. Cut into 2 inch squares and place in gallon sized ziploc bag for storage or freezing. For the perfect finish to a special dinner or a special evening try these gourmet honey brownies with a rich, complex flavour and velvety texture guaranteed to please the most discerning. For variety try adding 3 tablespoons of Jack Daniels, wild turkey, crown royal, or cognac to enrich the flavour; or 1 1/2 cups of cherry halves and 2 tablespoons of brandy; or drops of mint extract in batter to taste; or 2 tablespoons of instant coffee crystals dissolved in 1 tablespoonful of hot water. Serve with rich coffee, espresso, port or cabernet. BBQ Sauce ------------ 2 tablespoons of marijuana butter** 1 large onion, chopped 2 cups of ketchup 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of smoke flavouring 2 tablespoons of vegetarian worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons of chili powder 1/2 teaspoon of liquid hot pepper sauce (optional) Melt butter in a saucepan on a low flame; add onion and cook until tender, stirring often. Add all other ingredients. Heat on low flame for 30 minutes; stirring often. ** If you don't have marijuana butter, you can add 2-3 grams cannabis buds, finely ground and browned instead. Cheesy nuggets ------------ 1/2 cup of marijuana butter 1 cup of whole wheat or regular flour 1 cup of old aged cheddar 1 tsp. of curry powder 1 large egg yolk 1 large egg white (beaten) toasted sesame or hemp seeds Mix flour and butter thoroughly. Add cheese and curry powder, mix. Stir in egg yolk. Shape into balls. (Use about 2 tsp to form each ball.) Dip top of balls into egg while bowl. Dip into sesame/hemp seed bowl. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 min @ 375 degrees. Makes 30. Cannabis vodka ------------ 1/4 oz. of stockpiled cannabis stems from breaking up buds. Vodka (any kind should do) Glass container Place all stockpiled stems in a jar. Pour in your vodka, just enough to fully submerge the stems. Let set in a dark place for about a week. After that, you will need to strain out the stems. A great trick is to make tea type bags out of coffee filters and stems for easy removal. Why this works: Stems contain a small amout of THC, but not really enough to be worth smoking. Compiling enough stems together and soaking them in vodka releases the THC into the vodka without messing with the nasty smoke. This is great because most people throw their stems away anyway. Cannabis milkshake and ice cream ------------ 230 g finely pulverized marijuana leaves and flowers 2.5 dl of milk 2.5 dl of cream 1 teaspoonful of lecithin granules several tablespoons of honey 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract Milkshake: Combine the marijuana, milk and cream. Add the lecithin granules and mix in a blender for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently for 10 minutes in a double boiler. Be careful not to overcook as this will seperate the curds from the milk. Stir in the honey. Pour back to the blender jar, add the vanilla extract, cover the top and refrigerate for several hours until chilled. When you wish to drink it, put it in the electric blender for 30 seconds and serve in a glass with a straw. Ice cream: Do as above. Blend in a raw egg and whip thoroughly in a blender until frothy. Pour into any suitable vessel with a lid. Close the lid (waxed paper or plastic wrap will do). Freeze immediately. Magic Pancakes ------------ 1/4 cup of flour 2 tablespoons of baking powder 2 teaspoons of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt A pinch of cinnamon 2 tablespoons of oil 1/2 cup of water 3/4 cup of cannabis milk Method: Pre-heat griddle or frying pan while making the pancake batter. Do this on a medium high flame. Put all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour the wet mixture into the dry one and blend. Minimal stirring is required, and the batter should be somewhat lumpy. This makes the pancakes light and fluffy. If you beat the batter smooth, your pancakes will be tough n' chewy. Oil griddle slightly - pour batter. Flip the pancakes when the surface bubbles up. You may need to lower the heat a little to keep the pancakes from burning, but the higher the heat, the lighter the pancakes. Pot pasta ------------ 2 cups of shell pasta 1 1/2 cup of cannabis milk (1/4 oz. of bud or 1/2 oz. of leaf) half a green (or red or yellow) pepper half an onion a glove of garlic 2 tablespoons of margarine (cannabis margarine!) 4 tablespoons of flour 1/2 teaspoon of wet mustard fresh dill spice 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast soy sauce Method: Boil pasta until complete. Set aside. In a saucepan, saute veggies until onion is transparant. Set aside with the pasta. Melt margarine completely. Add flour to produce a thick paste. Add more flour if needed. Blend in cannabis milk. Wisk until everything is blended. Add heat to make the saute thick. When desired consistency is achieved (be careful, sauce burns easily), add pasta and veggies. Heat everything together and serve. Easy Pot noodle ------------ Pot Noodle (any flavour) Well dried or backed marihuana Open the Pot Noodle. Then crumble the marijuana in it before you cook it. Boil the water, then poor the water into the Pot Noodle with the gear in. Let it cool down for a couple of minutes and eat it. Bhang Tea ------------ 2 cups of water 1/2 cup of cannabis butter 4 cups of warm milk 2 tablespoons of finely chopped almonds 1/4 tbs of Garam Masala (cloves, cinnamon and cardamom) 1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh ginger 1/4 cup of honey Directions: Melt the cannabis butter in a 2 qt saucepan. Stir in milk until mixture reaches boiling. Stir in honey continuing to mix, then almonds, garam masala, ginger and water. Bring to a boil. Cover the saucepan and turn off the heat. Leave it for 10 minutes. Pour into mugs letting almond residue stay in the bottom of the pan. Freaky Fudgy Fridge Cake ------------ 4oz plain chocolate 5oz butter or marge 2 tablespoons of golden syrup 8oz digestive biscuits,crushed 3oz chopped nuts,chopped nuts etc 1 1/16 of good greenery or hash 1: break choc in to pieces put in bowl with butter and syrup 2: cook on full power for 4 mins make sure it is balancing 3: now add hash finely powdered 4: add biscuits and nuts 5: stir well and turn in to a well greased shallow tin 6: place in the fridge or freezer if u cant wait so long 7: it should be ready to eat in about 2 hrs Great Ganja Tea ------------ For 1 Cup of Great Ganja Tea you will need *1 cup of mint or green tea (HOT) *2 Tablespoons of butter *(Optional) milk and sugar E.T recommend it!!! Directions: When green or mint tea is made add you ganja butter and let it melt then add milk and sugar to you taste and presto it is done E.T must tell you this Ganja tea is really good with cookies. Herbal potato salad ------------ -10 potatos boiled & diced -7 hard boiled eggs diced -5 green chalotts diced -colsordressing add to tast -1large "bud" ( choped to parsley) Directions: Add all ingredients together ,add dressing to your own tast , sprinkel the bud over food and enjoy. Hash Cream Coffee ------------ Milk (2 Cups) Cream (Half Cup) Coffee (3 teaspoons) Sugar (5 teaspoons) Ground Hash Heat the milk and cream slowly until boiling, add the ground hash and simmer for 15 mins, microwave for 5 mins (this helps the rest of the undissolved hash dissolve) add coffe and microwave for a further 30 seconds, add sugar and enjoy. Fearsome Fudge ------------ half cup condensed milk half cup Milk 4 oz butter 14 oz castor sugar or regular 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 ounces fresh leafs(cannaflour) Ground all leaf matter up in coffee grinder,melted butter down then tossed cannaflour in. Simmered for hour or two. throw all ingredients into sauce pan with a good solid base and stir mixture over a low heat until the suger has completley dissolved. Turn the heat up and bring to a boil. Continue boiling until the mixture reaches 250 f. Remove the pan from heat and stir vigorously for about four minures. Pour it onto a greased tray and when the fudge has cooled and almost set, cut it into 30 equal squares. Once completly cooled wrap with greese proof paper and store in an air tight container. (2 fudges is one dose it might take a half hour to kick in.) Bloody Maryuana ------------ 1 cup tomatoes,undrained. 1 cup finely chopped,medium green bell pepper. 1 cup finely chopped cucumbers. 1 cup croutons. 1/2 cup medium,chopped onion. 2 tablespoons dry white wine. 2 tablespoons Hash oil. 1 tablespoon ground cumin. 1 tablespoon white vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 2 ounces vodka. 3 drops worcerstershire sauce. 3 drops tobasco sauce. Dash of Limoncello. 1.)Blend ingredients on medium speed,in covered blender or food processor until smooth. 2.) pour ingredients into pot. cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour Space Cake For a nice cake (about 10 slices) you need:
Put the butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds until it's a fat paste. Mix the hasjs with 4/5th of the butter. (heat up the hasjs with a lighter and crumble it in the butter). With the rest of the butter your fatten the baking form so you can get the cake out easy when it's done. Now mix the butter (and hasjs), flour, eggs and milk and sugar (and the possible extra ingredient). Keep on mixing it for a few minutes until it's nice and smooth. If it's to dry: at a little milk. Is it to much of a liquid: ad a little flour. Put the cake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Check how it looks before opening the oven. If it's big and brown (E.T thinks you can imagine how a cake looks like) open the oven and take the cake out. Leave it outside the oven for about 30 minutes to cool down before getting it out of it's form. Enjoy your meal. Fire Crackers ------------ 2 saltine crackers 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1 gram cannabis Directions Preheat oven to 350º F. Grind cannabis to a fine powder and mix together with peanut butter. Spread on top of cracker and top with cracker. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. You should probably make 3 of these at a time! Shitor Din------------ 1 cup ground dried shrimp 1-2 cups red pepper flakes 4 cups cannaoil 2 tablespoons kosher salt Directions Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Cook over high heat, stirring continuously, until ingredients are well mixed. Cover and allow to cool to room temperature. Transfer to clean, glass botles with airtight tops, like a Mason jar. Store in a cool place and serve with anything. Just a little note, this recipe calls for a lot of oil, and we all know what that means. And yes, that is four cups of cannaoil, not canola oil. Using this basic Shitor recipe, you can add anything such as cayenne pepper, a crushed chicken bouillon cube, minced garlic, grated ginger, onion, tomato paste, or worcestershire sauce. Budano Chicken ------------ 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/4 pound sliced swiss cheese 1/4 pound sliced ham 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1 tablespoons melted cannabutter 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 ounce cannabis Directions Cut chicken breasts into halves and pound into 1/4 inch pieces. Place chicken breasts on a pan. Place swiss cheese, ham slices, and powdered cannabis on top and roll up, securing with toothpicks if necessary. In a small bowl combine the parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic salt, tarragon, basil, and bread crumbs. Mix together and dip rollups in mixture to coat. Drizzle with melted cannabutter and cook in microwave for 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Cannabis Pizza ------------ 1 oven-ready pizza 1 ounce cannabis 1 cup mozzarella cheese Directions Using a coffee grinder, grind the cannabis to a fine powder. Sprinkle cannabis evenly over pizza and cover with cheese. Follow the directions on the package of the pizza, but turn the temperature down by 25º F and cook a couple minutes more than recommended. Triple Chocolate S'Mores Pie------------ 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk 1 cup dark chocolate chips 1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup milk chocolate chips 1/3 cup melted cannabutter 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows Directions Preheat oven to 375º F. Spray inside of a 9-inch pie pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted cannabutter. Press mixture firmly into sprayed pie pan, covering bottom and sides. Blind bake (to bake without any filling) for 6 to 8 minutes, set aside to cool. For the filling, combine milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup condensed milk, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until chips are melted then pour into bottom of cooled crust. Set in refrigerator while preparing the second layer. Repeat the above process using the white chocolate chips, and again with the dark chocolate chips. Make sure to let set in refrigerator between each layer. Preheat the broiler. Open a bag of miniature marshmallows. Remove pie from refrigerator and cover evenly with miniature marshmallows. Place under broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows begin to brown. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Dazed Dijon Salmon------------ 1/4 cup cannabutter 3 tablespoons dijon mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets 1 pinch salt 1 pinch cracked black pepper 1 lemon Directions Preheat oven to 400º F. In a small bowl, stir together melted cannabutter, mustard, and honey. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley. Brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture, and sprinkle the tops of the fillets with the bread crumb mixture. Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon. Cannamelon------------ 1 large watermelon 1/2 ounce cannabis 1/5 liter vodka Directions Grind the cannabis to a fine powder. Put the cannabis in a bottle of vodka, and cover the top of the bottle with cheesecloth and a rubber band. Cut a hole in the watermelon so you can insert the top of the bottle. Put the bottle in the hole and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. Medicin Recipes Cannabis Tincture------------ 1 ounce cannabis 1 pint 95% ethanol (190 proof) Directions Place the cannabis and ethanol in a large glass Mason jar. Shake at least once a day. Place the jar in a brown paper bag. Leave in a warm spot, like near the window, for 30 to 60 days. The mixture should turn a very dark green. Strain with a cheesecloth, making sure to squeeze any excess liquid. This tincture has a nasty taste, but it is very powerful. It may upset fragile stomachs. You should take the tincture orally in cranberry juice or coffee with sugar. Store your tincture in a light-blocking glass jar in a cool, dry place, like the refrigerator or freezer. You can keep the cheesecloth in the freezer as well and apply it over an area of the skin for a few minutes with gentle rubbing. Cannabis Elixir------------ cannabis tincture honey 6 vitamin E capsules Directions Place the tincture in a double boiler over an electric heat source. Reduce the solution by half. Once reduced, add half the remaining volume of tincture of honey and the vitamin E capsules; for example, if you have 2 cups of tincture after reduction, add 1 cup of honey. Continue to reduce the mixture by constantly stirring until you are left with the same amount of liquid as you did with the first tincture reduction; for example, if you had 2 cups of tincture after the first reduction, you should end with 2 cups of tincture-honey mixture. Let cool to room temperature and store in a light-proof glass in the refrigerator. The dosage should be between a teaspoon and a couple tablespoons. You can customize your elixirs by adding different herbs, like adding syrup of elderberry makes an effective treatment for influenza; or adding kava can provide greater pain control and sedation. With a little study in herbal medicine, you can customize your blends for any ailment. For the flu, use cannabis tincture with elderberry and cat’s claw. Magic Tincture------------ 1/2 ounce cannabis 3 tablespoons honey 3 ounces 95% ethanol (190 proof) 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon orange zest Directions In a small saucepan, heat the honey over low heat, making sure it doesn't foam over. Grind the cannabis to a powder and mix it in with the honey. Slowly stir in the ethanol until the texture stays in a liquid form, not a solid sticky mass. Continue to cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Let cool to room temperature and store in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Please any more recipes are very welcom. |

Hot Buttered Toddy
Ingredients: 1.75 grams cannabis 75 grams butter 100 ml milk 1 egg white 3 teaspoons of sugar (to taste) 1 dash of vanilla essence Hot Chocolate powder (optional) Rum (optional) Recipe: Take about 1.75 grams of cannabis and grind it up finely - a coffee grinder is useful for this purpose. Then melt about 75 grams of butter using a steam bath - a bowl (preferably metal) held over a pot of boiling water will do. Add the cannabis to this and stir it smoothly every 5 minutes or so for at least half an hour - one hour is about optimum in all probability. Now you have a choice - you can either strain the mixture through muslin or something similar, or you can leave all the cannabis particles in. If you strain it you will get a smoother drink, if you don't you won't risk losing any undissolved cannabinoids remaining in the plant material. I would advise leaving them in if you are concerned about budget, but make sure that it's very finely ground. Take the butter mixture off the steam bath and pour it into a pan, adding about 100 ml of milk and the white of one egg. Heat steadily at a low temperature until the concoction begins to froth slightly, stirring all the time to prevent burning. If you let it get too hot too quickly you will end up with little bits of scrambled egg in it. Add a dash of vanilla essence and about 3 teaspoons of sugar, and stir it all in. Now you can take that and drink it directly, or you can add hot chocolate powder and/or rum to taste. Tips: If the mixture is too thick, add more milk. The reason a steam bath is used is to prevent burning and vaporisation as much as possible. People report that heating before use activates THC - I think the reality is that it breaks down the plant material and aids swift absorption, something which is unnecessary if you use this process as you will have broken it down enough anyway. The only issue that really occurs is that there is often an oily film on the surface of the drink, but stirring before a sip helps to make sure you don't get a mouth full of oil. It is a great recipe for using up leaves and stems - if you were to buy, say, 10.5 grams (3 8ths) and take all the leaves and stalks from that, leaving the buds for smoking, you would be able to make the tea from them. From reports I have had from friends eating/drinking a cannabis preparation, wait for it to start to take effect (depends on the type of preparation you made, with this one between 20 min and an hour to start achieving noticeable effects, although some may find it takes slightly longer) and then smoke a joint. Directions:
1) Using a double boiler or two pots, melt the butter on low heat. When using two pots, fill the larger (bottom) pot with water and the top pot with butter. 2) Once the butter has melted, add the weed. The amount of weed will determine the potency. For example, a "light" batch may use 3/4 of an ounce of weed to 5 sticks of butter. 3) Simmer for 20-30 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. 4) Let sit for 5 minutes then strain the pot butter (using cheesecloth) into a small bowl. 5) Once cool enough to handle, pick up the cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice. 6) Cover and refrigerate until semi-solid I saw there is one post for Mary Jane's butter. Cooking with cannabis is going to make the kiitchen and or oven smelling like str8 bud for probably a good 15-30 minutes maybe more depending on how much bud is used.

Since SWIM's absolute favorite thing to do is to blaze and drink at the same time... he has tossed around the idea of marijuana infused vodka.
However out of fear of loosing precious bud, SWIM held of on it. While the infusing process is extremely simple, would the finished product retain the psychoactive properties of the marijuana? |

I was over at SWiM's house and he had improvised a cannabis pasta dish with:
(sorry, no amounts) Ziti Cannabis in olive oil Diced roma tomatoes Portabellos Garlic Fresh Basil Lemon Juice Garlic Olive oil was sauteed with cannabis, then together with garlic and portabellos and mixed with some parmasean and added to cooked ziti, then tossed with tomatoes, mozzerella, lemon juice and fresh basil. Just two grams of decent bud were used. The olive oil extraction is effective. |

Cannabis Curry
(Serves 4) cannabis ghee (or failing that, cannabis and olive oil) 4 filleted chicken breasts 5 button mushrooms 4 tomatoes 1 large red onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 lime 1 bunch of fresh coriander ginger,turmeric,cumin (failing that, get some balti curry paste) Tomato paste 1 chilli (optional) Pre-method if not using curry paste chop a clove of garlic into a bowl, add tomato puree, turmeric,cumin and ginger. Add a little oil and mix well. Your paste is ready to use. Method Heat up your ghee or olive oil in a large frying pan or wok, chop onion and garlic and add to the pan. Fry lightly until softening.at this point if not using ghee add cannabis. Then add chicken and mushrooms and curry paste and stir until the chicken starts to sear, then add chopped tomatoes. continue to simmer for 10 min or so. then cut the lime in half and squeeze juice into curry and add chilli if you like it more spicy. Take off the heat. Chop the coriander add half to the curry and briefly stir in. then serve with more coriander sprinkled on top to garnish. Best eaten with fingers and chapati's Swim is a chef and has cooked this up for friends many many times and never fails. A rich curry of booming flavours with the added bonus of getting you baked. |

HOLY COW HOT CHOCOLATE !!!!!!
Swim tried this recipe out of one his cookbooks last week and it kicked the shit out of him for 16 hours solid once it kicked in. Tho he did put waaaaay too much weed in (double the recommended amount) but hey, you live and learn. Ok, ingredients first. (makes 4 cups or 2 big mugs worth) 500ml whole milk 10 tablespoons granulate sugar 500ml single cream pinch of ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/8 oz cannabis, finely chopped 300g plain chocolate 2 chocolate bars of your choice whipped cream and/or baby marshmallows to decorate How to prepare 1. The milk and the sugar are combined in a saucepan over a medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved all the other ingredients can be added apart from the chocolate. 2. After boiling, it simmers for about 1 hour and then is filtered thru a permanent coffee filter or anything with a mesh screen of similar nature ( swim tried it with paper filters at first and the consistency is waaay too thick for it). The fats in the milk release the THC, making cannamilk. 3. The cannamilk is poured back into the pan so the choclate can be added. With the heat off, it can be stirred until the chocolate has melted. 4. The drink is usually served in a mug or cups, topped with thick whipped cream and you can grate your farouriite choclate bar over the top or use it as an edible swizzle stick - or keep it classic and break open a packet of marshmallows........ or be a fat bastard like swim and do both ![]() if need be, add more milk to the end product if it is too gooey and sickly to bring it to a more desireable consistency or alternitavely don't add extra milk and pour the mixture into cups and leave to set in fridge overnight and the following day you will have a creamy chocolatey mousse like pudding which can dressed as above and be eaten with a spoon. ENJOY !!!! |

Cannabis noodles.
Couple of rashers of bacon chopped up into small pieces, a chicken breast, and slice of beef (forgot what it's called). The beef and chicken should be cut into small pieces, then fried in some butter until cooked, they can then be left for later. cook the noodles (if using the dried ones fresh isn't necessary) Mix, mange tu, finely chopped cannabis buds, been sprout and some onions (which will be used later) in the Wok mix up some oil, 1 and a 1/2 tablespoons of chinese five spice, soy sauce and around 1-2 grams of powdered hashish, and couple teaspoons of sugar. Heat up the wok, put the bacon in first when it begins to look cooked stick in the noodles stir the noodles around to get the oil mixture evenly distrubuted, add in the onion, cannabis and beansprout mix and the beef and chicken mix. Fry for 1-3 minutes. Then eat. There you go SWIM's favorite recipe (this also works well without cannabis) |

Brigadeiros... with weed!
Well... swim just discovered that a very known recipe here in the brasil, the brigadeiros, are a brasilian creation, so probably people from another countries doesnt know this wonderful thing. It can be made with or without weed. Its delicious both ways. Swim will give the recipe with weed, and if swiy dont want to get stoned, just make without it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Brigadeiro * 1 can of sweet condensed milk * 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder * 1 tablespoon butter or margarine (or cannabutter) * Chocolate sprinkles * Weed (as much as swiy wish) First of all, grind the weed as fine as possible, preferibly to a powder. Heating the weed (before grinding) some 2-3 minutes in the microwave (stopping each 30 seconds to avoid it catch fire) allows it to get dry and crunchy, which makes it way easier to grind, and also helps the decarboxylation process, making it more potent. Put the powdered weed into a pan with the butter, melt it in low heat, and stir continuously for some 10-15 minutes. The butter shall turn darker from the "dissolved" weed. This step makes a "quick and dirty" cannabutter. If swiy already has cannabutter, just melt it and proceed to the next step. Put all the ingredients (except for the sprinkles) in a pan and mix them well. Put it on the stove, on medium-low heat. Stir continuously. If you want a creamy brigadeiro, cook until desired thickness is reached. For a birthday party, cook it until it gets so thick that you can see the bottom of the pan while stirring it. To roll it: If you want a birthday brigadeiro, make the cream very thick. Wait until the cream is cold. Roll it into small ball shapes and cover them with chocolate sprinkles. Serve in small cupcake holders. Another option: Some people make the creamy version for parties too. If you like it, serve it in very small glasses or dixie cups, topped with sprinkles. It serves 1-2 people... so use the amount of weed appropriate for it. And enjoy!

Here's a simple and yummy one SWIM enjoy's occasionally.
Dope Chocolate 1 Block of Chocolate (Dark Chocolate works best in my opinion) Small Rectangular Baking Tray 1/4 Cup Cream 2 Grams of Grinded/Sifted Marijuana Cooking Oil Baking Paper 2 Tablespoons (or more!) Kahlua Step 1: Melt the chocolate in a microwave or on the stove. Step 2: Put melted chocolate in bowl and slowly add marijuana, cream and Kahlua. Distribute evenly to ensure spread out taste. Step 3: Line the baking tray with oiled baking paper. Pour in chocolate mixture and let it stand until it solidifies. Step 5: Remove from tray. Break into pieces and enjoy! Tip: Goes well with a cup of coffee or a cigar. Chocolate can be frozen and reused at a later date, though the THC would probably wear down over time. Good luck, chefs! ![]() Step 3: |
