my little kratom test

Got a 6g pack of what was supposedly 6x strength Kratom powdwer.
mixed it up with water and necked it at about 7pm, felt nothing all night except it kept me awake with itching (nightmare).
Conclusion: Need heavier dose to try feel the sedative effects ?
Probably wont bother again.
