ok swim really needs some help
swim has wanted to move in with someone for like 2 years now

swim is a minor and 16...the legal age for emancipation in michigan

swim wants to know if it is hard to be emancipated in the u.s. or if judges dont really care

swim's parents would not be happy if swim wanted to be emancipated/ move away from home

swim has been researching emancipation for a little more than a year now and still doesnt really understand the options.

there is so much info on the subject and not the right kind
swim needs straight answers about everything.

swim recently got caught with weed by swim's parents but doesnt think they will let it be known legally

swim just needs to move. swim is 16, has a job (11 hrs a week 7.25/hr.) and has a place to go with a friend whose 19

what does swim need to do to make it happen?
