Snorting - Snorting Carisoprodol (Soma)??

Could you snort Carisoprodol? Has anybody tried? I've searched all over and found nothing. Any advice?

Alright, I'm through laughing <almost>. It just strikes me as odd that when some people see a pill, there first inclination is to grind it up and huff it up their nose! Especially something that would require several hundred milligrams to make it worthwhile. One might as well stick 'em up there whole!

If your lab rat does do this, I encourage him to write up a trip report. I'd love to read such. Perhaps it will go like this:

10:00am - Inhaled large mound of powder off phone book using the pipe from my bathroom sink as the tooter.
10:01am - I can't breathe! Help me! I can't breathe and the damn pipe is stuck up my nose!!
10:02am - Called 911. I think I'm starting to feel something...it's water! My house is flooding! I forgot to shut off the water in the bathroom...
10:03am - Glub! Glub! Glub!.....<ambulance crew kicks in door and is hit with a wall of water...>

So you know, anything that can be taken sublingualy can be taken up the pooper as well, as the lining of the rectum is very absorbant. Be careful, as it hits ya quite fast.

However, set aside the large amount you would have to snort, is there something stopping someone from doing this? You would also have to snort alot less than the oral dose, I am guessing.

People have snorted caffeine.. thats a huge dose that they needed to snort.

You would most likely have to have a good amount of experience with the 2 substances to be able to distinguish them apart by taste alone. Research the product with google a little more, see what the approx. LD50 for it is, then snort some if your still keen on it. If your worried about pain, snort a tiny bit at first to see how it feels. A friend of swim snorted a soma, collapse a lung. Almost killed the poor fellow. Stayed in the hospital for a week. Now he won't snort nothing.

The real question at hand is what would drive someone to snort THAT much powder??? They put them in pill form for a reason. If your doctor gave you a bottle of flonase, would you drink the shit by default?

The real question is, for me, the better method of using it. Many things give better effects when snorted.

Weigh the pros and cons

Pros: ?Intensified high? (with all that powder and such a small surface area to absorb, the high will probably come on the same as if you took them orally.)

Cons: The uncomfort of having a nose full of powder, the risks involved with having a nose full of powder, the risks of damaging tissue, the shortened high, the nasty snot that will follow.

Theres a reason people don't snort these kinds of things. And of course it works, but it sure as hell doesn't work better.

First, his name is NAGO, there is another mod with the name NANO. Second, he did answer, he clearly expressed his disapproval of your proposed method of consumption. He said NO! And look at this through the eyes of a mod, they have to oversee this entire forum. You know how many posts have been made that go "can you snort ______?"... It gets old after awhile. It's not difficult to tell whats OK to snort, and what shouldn't be snorted.
