Codeine OTC status in certain states?

I understand some states sell medication with low doses of codeine in it (ex. 8mg per 325mg acetaminophen), but I was not able to find a list of states. Where can I find this information? Specifically, I am wondering whether such medication is sold in Florida over the counter.
