Testifying that you did something illegal, so that your bro doesnt have to go jail?
ok, Heres the deal.
My brother is on active probation. And last week me and him took some lines of that blow.
Well his Probation officer called him in the next day and asked him to take a drug test, well he passed everything except cocaine. He swore to her that he never used it and that he doesnt know why it showed up positive.
Well anyway, Tuesday night around 11:30 pm me and him did another line, but i gave him a somewhat small line. Anyway, yesterday he was called in around 3:00 to take another drug test. The probation officer told him that if he admitted that he used cocaine, then she would only file a contempt of probation, but that if he denies he did cocaine then she would send him away for 6 months.
My brothers best friend had the same probation officer and she just recently about 3 days ago sent him away for 6 months, so i know that she isnt messing around.
Anyway, my brother denied using coke again and took the drug test. He was worried that he might fail it and if cocaine shows up again then hes gonna be in big trouble.
Well, heres my question.
I dont want to see my brother go away for 6 months, and i am not on probation.
So, if his test comes back positive and she says hes gonna go for 6 months.
Then i told him that i would testify to a judge, probation officer, parents, whoever i need to, and tell them that i was angry at my brother so i poured cocaine into his drink so that he would get in trouble and fail his drug test.
Im sure this is illegal, and i might get arrested for it, but what kind of charges would i be looking at. Someone told me they could charge me with manslaughter, which i highly doubt.
But i love my brother so much that i will take the rap. And i also feel responsible bescause im the one who enticed him to take a line.
Can anyone help me out with this. Any info would be very appreciated, because i would like to know as soon as possible so.
thanks.
