tyrosine

hello,,
just posting new thread in hope of some infomation

can anyone tell me a little bit about tyrosine or if poss a link to a good website where i can learn a bit about the interaction and benefits of taking tyrosine alongside dexedrine for adhd,,
i know that tyrosine need 2 be taken with folic acid and copper in order to convert to neruotransmitter form but thats about it,
i would really like to know about what dose to use or if anyone else has used this and what the result was for them,,

Not sure on mixing with dexedrine though. My guess is it helps relieve side effects of the dexedrine such as depression.
