I don't think it has a fan...the concept is nice but I don't see a fan going into a slide and being effective enough to push with enough force to blow the smoke through the water that it would have in it to where no suction would be needed....
You would also run into a few more problems...
A: water and electric fans do not work well together
B: the fan would be so small that it wouldn't be effective and have enough force
C: you would have to get batteries or plug it in
D: i would think that the resin buildup from being that close to the bowl would ruin a fan in a short time span
In short I just don't see a fan working properly....

Nice work.
One of swims friends once made a huka with a milk-pump, and milking machine (farming town). It pumped smoke right into, no sucky, same idea as the fan. Swim would have to talk to his friend to get the exact set-up.
