Exercise along with something like an ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, apsirin) srack will work wonders. If that doesnt work, you could always look into some T3 (Cytomel, its a thyroid hormone). It can increase metabolism by up to 30%

T3 (a thyroid hormone) can be pretty catabolic if taken at 50 - 100ug

SWIM recommends taking MDMA maybe 1-2 times a week. SWIM takes them and goes for raves after the effects has come on. SWIM feels that whilst dieting and gym is agony, raves are pure fun and you get to lose weight at the same time! Talk about a weekend warrior, haha.

MDMA not only suppresses appetite and the raving that accompanies MDMA experiences would make you lose weight, big time! Although please read up on the side effects of MDMA and safety measures(dancing, dehydration, chest pains due to excessive whistle-blowing etc.)

LOL! sure you will lose weight, but this is NOT the way to go. swim has nothing against MDMA and relatives(he enjoys them very much), but they should not be considered a tool for weight-loss in swims opinion. how can swiy acctually recommend this?

go on the jack daniel's diet. seriously it works. not saying its good for you but swim knows a couple girls who keep their figure by eating about once a day caffeine twice a day and booze at night. straight up works. another couple good ways are to use alot of psychedelics as while high you will not want to eat much. same goes for a variety of amphetamines... meth is a nasty little addiction though and swim reccomends against that. basically to use drugs of abuse to let one lose weight is highly effective... you cant put on any weight if you are in a constant state of toxicity... opiates, cocaine, amphetamines, benzos, even tobbacco all will help you lose pounds while addicted... addiction is a high price to pay... consider that you may never be able to come back once you go there... its not worth it. swim had a nast addiction to oxycodone stemming from a badly broiken limb and says that it is really not worth the pain and sleepless nights for any reward... the only way to avoid the withdrawals is to not stop using and that is alot harder on you physically and emotionally than being overweight will ever be...

What are the details of the Jack Daniels diet? I've been googling for the past half hour and couldn't find exactly what it is. As for loosing weight on alcohol.. SWIM gets the munchies on every drug he's tried except for DXM. He's never tried any psychedellics (unless you count weed) or stimulants (unless you count caffeine and nicotine, which somewhat work for him).

As for weight loss.. here's two plans I've looked forward to using, but don't have much experience in:

Trever Reznik diet - Christian Bale used this to lose 1/3 of his body weight (180 to 120, not sure how long it took him though) for The Machinist. Check out the photo gallery and see what this guy's capable of. So what was the diet? An apple and a can of tuna a day, plus a whole lot of smoking.

Lemon Cleanse - I'm not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread before, but my computer's running too slow to even type this, much lessless look back. :P. Basically it's taking organically grown lemons and squeezing all you can out of them, and mixing this with an equal amount of type b maple syrup (look in a health foods store). Add as much cayenne pepper as you can bear, and mix it all up, mixing ten ounces of water with two table spoons of the stuff, and I've heard you can live off of only that for over a month. Supposedly it kills your appetite so you won't crave much.

Hope that helps.
-Stigmata

Man when I quit doing heroin, granted I also started on depakote, I gained 26 pounds in 4 weeks. Which was great becuase I was 5'10" 125lbs. But in terms of weight loss maybe Sida Acuta/Cordifolia, this seems like it might do some good.

I've got some ideas for you as well. There are a few anti-seizure meds that are currently being used for their anti-migraine effects.

Topamax comes to mind. I feel like I've already posted this somewhere but it's a legitimate way of knocking off 10-15% of your body weight fast. It works for many people--mostly women. they love it.

Also, check out this thread, I just posted it under drugnews. It is a research report--exploring past, current, and future targets of anti-obesity meds. Here's the link. Maybe you can extrapolate some useful information out of it.

As for the idea of developing a new addiction to amphetamines or XTC, or opiates, all I can say is FUCK THAT!!! Seriously, you don't need to go there. If you're really just trying to knock off a few pounds (like 15 or something), then you really need to give topamax a try. It doesn't make you jittery or anything like that. In fact, from what I've heard, it just makes food UNPLEASANT! yeah, believe it or not! and if you're dead-set on trying a stimulant appetite supressant, from what I've heard, Didrex is supposed to be really good (as a stim and app suppressant). Also Bontril is supposed to be good also. Apparently your body turns it into another, more potent, currently banned compound. (anyone know the details here?)

but never forget that weight loss from speed is not permanent. Stim loss is only temporary. oh yeah, and from research i've seen, even phen-fen wasn't as good as ephedrine/caffeine blend. Aparently, the aspirin added to ECA stack (the A) was bullshit. it doesn't do anything to help.

Aspirin increasedcAMP formation, lengthening the effects of both the ephedrine and caffiene. It also thinned the blood to help a little with high blood pressure from the ephedrine

Sybephrine at 20mgs per day work very well as an appetite suppressant.

That said, the best route is proper diet and exercise

OK... i'll buy that on the aspirin for NOW. It's possible about cAMP. Very possible. that's all i'm saying. i can't recall off-hand the effects on camp from aspirin.

But, in regard to the ECA-stack, i've only heard about the so-called 'blood-thinning' properties of aspirin. This means that you have trouble clotting... and unless i don't understand your post, clotting is a GOOD thing if you have high blood pressure. why? because if you blow-out a tiny blood vessel somewhere--say, in your brain--then the clotting cascade can form a little plug and stop the bleeding. Without this, you just keep on bleeding into your brain and get a full-on stroke. BTW, don't stop taking your aspirin if you have heart disease. Clots are BAD in the setting of coronary heart disease!

Let me know if i misunderstood. -Dick

Ipecac is supposed to build up the deltoids also - as the projectile hurling-action force one to do push-ups while holding onto the rim of the toilet bowl.

Perhaps we could make this a TV weight-loss program...
