Looking to lose weight one way or another

Alright swim wants to lose weight and is fed up with excercise and what not. So what can swim take or smoke that wont kill me to lose about 15 pounds

Please do not judge swim for whoever takes this advice.

Overral swim is looking for a major appetite suppresant.

Amphetamine..

Though you wouldnt necessarily need to take a recreational dose, even a small amount can suppress your appetite to the point the thought of food can be somewhat sickening.

Wouldnt even have to snort it, just pop like 1 or 2 pills even will easily supress appetite GREATLY.

To add to this, just do it once in the morning and mabey once before 12 noon, i would say even earlier than that. Any later and you could have problems sleeping that night.

Hoodia Gordonii is suppost to suppress appetite better than most products. I think it's some sort of cacti, but many places are offering it as an herbal weight loss pill. I have not used any weight loss products so I know nothing about this, or others. This product seemed interesting the first time I came accross text regaurding it though.

Your expectations are a little unreasonable. You are not going to be able to keep the weight off unless you make changes to your nutrition and lifestyle. If there was a short cut to weight loss people would not be so fat. There are things you can do to make weight loss easier, but expecting a pill to do all the work for you is unreasonable. If you want to improve the way your body looks you are going to have to put some ammount of effort into it.

See a bariatrician (weight loss doctor). Prescription appetite supressants are usually a part of their monthly plan which also includes nutrition counseling, and exercise advice. They typically charge between $90-$150 per month (which includes the appointment, medication, and other services). It's very reasonable and when you compare that to the cost for a monthly supply of speed (taken at low doses once or twice, swallowed) it's very affordable.

ok, this is from experience.
About in June of this year, i had gone out to clubs almost every night and drank nothing but budweiser. I worked but not hard labor, and i stopped taking my medicine(adderal).
Well, lemme tell you something, i must have gained 40-50 pounds over the course of 4 months. You see i had moved to baton rouge, LSU baby,(well i wasnt a student there, but i did party like one). But i must admit, i hated the way i looked. I knew i was fater, and all the beer, fast food, and munchies didnt help at all.

I moved back down to the N.O. after the hurricane because there was alot of money to be made. When i got down here i started back up on my adderal everyday now(i take in between 20-40 mg XR in the morning), and well... with the help of something else, i lost a dramatic amount of wieght within 2 months. I fit into my hamydowns.(the clothes you grew out of and pass down to younger brother or sister). But it wasnt that easy, i also watched what i ate, well i mean, it wasnt hard though because the adderal lost my appetite. But when i did eat, i chose a ceaser salad. And i still do. Because of this, alot more women are wanting to be 'more than friends'. Even my guy friends tell me how much weigh ive lost and that all i need to do is start working out to get toned.
Some days ill go the whole day without eating pretty much. Ill usually eat something healthy in the morning and then pop the adderal. I do love lipton diet lemon ice tea.. ohh, it has like nothing in it and its soo good. Everyone, try it for me, will ya?

Also, heres what i gave up: all beer, smoking ciggarettes, and fast food.

I hope this post helps you in a positive way. Because by giving up those 3 things, i must say, my wallet never decreases.

You have to remember that using a product like amphetamine, one that changes your body's natural balance will generally result in regaining the weight once you stop taking it. That being said, you could try something like an EC (ephedrine and caffeine) stack.

Once you find that the weight isnt comming of as easily from those, you could move up to a clenbuterol + cytomel (T3) stack. Cytomel greatly increases your body's metabolism (roughly 30%) and it doesnt distinguish between fat, glycogen or muscle so you will want a high protein diet to prevent catabolism.

The last chemical you should resort to is DNP. This baby will increase your metabolism by about 150% by increasing body temperature and it is EXTREMELY dangerous to use. You body does not have a negative feedback loop for DNP's action so your body cant stop it when it gets out of hand. If you even consider this, you sould read up on it alot before starting

If you ecide to take an appetite suppresant, take it with your breakfast. If its a good one, you wont need lunch but you will be hungry again by dinner time. This is good enough. Do cardio in the morning before breakfast and dont eat meals with lots of carbs before bed.

Swim says adderall has worked reallly well as an appetite supressant. Also swim has made lifestyle changes similar to what mmilam suggested with some modifications, drinking hard liquor as opposed to beer, keeping very hydrated when smoking to avoid the munchies, etc etc.

Also, there are actually a lot of diet pills that have worked well to supress swim's appetite.

But be careful, no matter what swiu takes as an appetite supressant, like most drugs, will start to lose its effect when taken in the same dose for awhile. Lots of diet pills even keep in mind that your body starts to get used to that dose and they instruct you to up the dose every week or so. So just know that if losing that weight with the help of drugs seems easier then just diet/exercise, gaining that weight back is going to be 10 times as easy.

If amphetamine eventually loses its appetite suppressing ability for you, then i will be shocked. If your not taking high doses, you shouldnt develop much of a tolerance at all. Suppressed appetite i would imagine would be one of the last side effects lost.

Get rid of any Caffeine in your diet. Although it is arguable that Caffeine increases your metabolic rate, it is also arguable just the other way around. Why risk it?

When I stopped (cold turkey) using meth (4 gr a day) my weight gained from 70 kg (140 pounds) to 130 kg (260 pounds) during the next 2 years ....

When my life got on track again I decided to reduce my weight, and the fastest way to loose weight is by liposuction. The fatcells are sucked out and are permanently gone, but its a very expensive way of weight reduction. During 3 operations they sucked out 20 kg (40 pounds) and made u huge difference to the way I was feeling !!

The rest I had to loose by eating less and exercising..... but I just could not get myself to do that but I found a weight loosing patch in a (Dutch) shop. It works just like a nicotine patch to help you stop/reduce smoking, but this one reduces your appetite . The patches are called TI-JI, they cost 20 EURO (25 U$) for 30 patches and they contain 10mg Fucus Vesiculosis, 2mg Garcina Cambogia and 2 mg Guarana.

Before using the patches I used to eat 2 big meals a day and a lot of candy too (between the meals), but now I only have appetite for just 1 meal a day and barely eat any candy anymore , and I am using the patches for 18 months now. I don't exercise at all, and lead a very passive life (no work, just watch TV & PC) and I still lose weight: about 1 kg (2 pounds) a month without any problems, and my weight now in 95 kg (190 pounds) !!!!

try 20mg synephrine in the monring, its working well for my dad. He doesnt touch food for nearly 10 hours after taking them with his breafast.

^ An operation to ge a lap-band installed would have been much cheaper.

i wont judge you, but youll prolly gain more after quitting (if u dont get addicted anyway).

i suggest adderal. but you cant do it everyday cause your tolerance will build up fast. take it like 3-4 days a week and eat healthy the other couple of days. we'll, thats my 2 cents.

While I strongly suggest tht you read ALOT about it before you use it, the chemical DNP will have you lose almost 1lb per day at doses of 200 - 400mg.

The roblem with it is that if you take too much or the climate is too hot, you will cook your insides.

DNP creates an electron leak when ATP sythase does its 'thing'. This leak lowers efficiency from 60% to ~40%. As a result your metabolism shoots up about 100 - 200%. Now, if you are currently eating 2,000kcal per day, that would mean you will burn about 2k - 4k kcal. 1lb of fat holds 3,500 kcal.

Good stuff, very effective, but also very dangerous due to the massive increase in free radicals and other sides

In SWIM's experience, DXM makes for a great appetite suppressant. SWIM doesn't have a lot of experience in any other appetite-suppressing drugs other than nicotine, though.

yea, Ive tried all sorts (speed, phentermine, all that crap) and to be honest I put the weight back on every time. The best way is cut the booze, cut the caffine and drink loads of water and excersize more. Pain in the backside I know, but what they all tell ya about eating less and excersizing more really is true.
I wish there was a "magic" pill.

Amphetamines only work in the short-term because they throw off your body's homeostasis. You body likes to be at a certain point, and will only accept change if it is very gradual. Increasing neurotransmitters such as epinephrine to lose weight throughsyour body out of its homeostasis. After you finish taking the drug, your body generally goes right back to where it was.

its really bad for you but then i guess this is a drugs forum so its not goin to be healthy but...........
swim heard that if you take laxatives very regulary, you loose a lot of weight. so in theory you could eat whatever you want but still lose weight.
obviously there are some bad side effects such as dehydration but im sure you would know all this.!!!

Why are you fed up with exercise?
Are you burning yourself out?
Obviously you’re not getting the results you want.

Losing the weight is just as important as maintaining it to a constant level that you are happy with.

I consider myself as a bit of a fitness freak. However I've let things go for a while and ended up in your position (wanted to lose weight quick). I actually tried to take up smoking to suppress my appetite. I lasted 1 packet, they taste like shit.

I've started for the past 3 week...it's a slow process
I'd suggest:

Nutrition: Eat well, (real good food) and to cut down the amount eaten each day. Drink water, lots of water.

Exercise: I know you don't want to hear it, but to lose weight and feel good inside and out- you’re going to have to do some.
Seriously, how hard is it to go for a 10-20min run/walk? You don't have to be an iron man and train for 4hrs a day.

Plus: Take some L carnitine. Expensive stuff. It's supposed to break down fatty acids and the body uses it for energy. I've tried it and only really works with a strict diet, gets you cut.

You could also use a diuretic. This will strip a large percentage of water from your body, thereby losing some weight in a really short duration.

Exercise along with something like an ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, apsirin) srack will work wonders. If that doesnt work, you could always look into some T3 (Cytomel, its a thyroid hormone). It can increase metabolism by up to 30%
