Injecting - Can Swim Shoot up in the butt?

Swim is new at injecting into his veins. everytime he puts the needle in it doesnt go far enough and he pulls back and nothing comes out but is to scared to go further. Can swim put a shot in his buttock cheeks? or intramuscular into his arm? How far does the needle have to go?

You are doing something wrong if you can't draw blood. You're missing the vein some how. If you are scared, you should not be injecting drugs.

I would not recomend shooting into any vein in your ass. That's begging for an infected abcess. You can IM, actually insulin syringes aren't long enough to reach muscle it's really a sub-q shot, but the high is no better than snorting, honest. There's no reason to pop your shit when you could snort it and aviod all the risk associated with injecting.

Edit, if you decided to pop it, make sure you filter very well. Double filter even. Having solid particles under your skin puts you at great risk for abcess/infection.

swims was thinking of doing this with pills also. Can swim just put a shot anywhere in his buttock like when somone that shoots up steroids do?

SWIM has never done the IV method but SWIM's friends always claim that IM is safer than IV.

SWIM completely disagrees, IV your liver can filter stuff out, IM its just kinda there and doesnt get filtered by anything because its not in their bloodstream. IV method freaks SWIM out, there are nurses who go to school for 6 years and learning how to IV correctly takes a while, just be very careful, steryle, and dont try to IV when SWIY is too messed up to prevent long term scars and missing shots.

when swim went from snorting to muscling it swim did it like a flu shot in the arm or butt, purposely not hitting the vein, after bout 20 min, swim would start to nod
