A few questions on side effects

1- Is it safe to take a sleeping pill when on a comedown? After about 5-6 hours of being up I start to come down, feeling really exhausted but unable to sleep at all which then leads to me getting very angry at the slightest thing. If it is safe, will it actually work as it normally would? (Help put me to sleep, if that wasn't obvious!)

2- Is there anything I can take to ease (or preferably stop) the gurning? I feel that I've taken e enough times now to try it in a club but I'm worried that 1) I will look REALLY stupid (I KNOW I will because I've seen myself in a mirror before) and 2) people will know I've taken the drug.
I don't want to force my jaw to stay still, I've tried that before and it hurts like hell.
