Rat school, not traffic school.
Recently i had to go to traffic safety school to avoid a conviction on my record. Well it stared off normal and then he got on th etopic of drugs and 2 out the 4 hours there we talked about drugs. He also agrees with the fact that smoking weed can inflict scitzophrenia. Actually he said that its 6 times more likely, but hwat does he know. So anyways, we started talking about car accidents being one of the biggest causes of death from the ages of 16-24.Wait the #1 cause. 47% of all traffic fatalities involvong 16-24 yr olds are alcohol related. Then to prove his point he had everyone rasie there hand when one of the following questions was true:
1. Have you ever been in the car while someone was drinking previously?
2. Have you ever drank and driven?
3. Have you ever been in the car while someone was high?
4. Someone or everyone was smoking pot?
5. Drove while high?
6. Someone was on cocaine?
7. While on cocaine?
8. Mushrooms, K, Meth, XTC, Crack, Whippets, PCP, vicodins, percocet,...?
This guy went all out, when suddenly it just turned into drug school..
He started naming off stats and facts about drugs, all the negative of course, its his job. This was where he tried to get people to narc on people:
"Did you know you can get $1000 in a brown bag for reporting someone dealing XTC and other hard drugs. Once they arrest the guy you get the money. No names, no nothing, nobody even would know it was you and plus you make some easy cash. If i was you guys i would be making a living off this! Now this might really motivate you: If you can report a meth lab you really dont have to work, although i dont think this cat be done locally like the other stuff, you'd have to do it through the federal government,but i got all the information for anybody whos interested after class. But for the meth lab you dont just get to help "society" but instead of a thousand dollars you get half of whatevr the government seizes. So hey! This includes his ferrari, big screen TV, house, and whatever else this guys got. See what i meant when i said this could be a job?"
Then he started rattling off about society and how our country is going down because of drug use and the crazy people we got running around. And how the people that hate us, China, and other countries are the ones supplying our drug habits. What better way to attack your enemy then from the inside. In my eyes I think he was glorifiing being a rat and trying to justify it.
I just wanted some opinions on this and any expireinces like it...
I dont know maybe he gets a cut who knows, it just all seemed so set up and planned. Traffic school is about traffic not teaching bout how to narc on someone. I think its crazy. Whats next ?
