Syringes

SWIM was convicted of poss. w/intent and poss. of a hypodermic device. State law requires suspension of drivers license for 1 year on each offense. This really blows,

I live in one of three state where works are still illegal without a script. The house has approved over the counter sales. The governor will be making the decision after the first of the year.

There is no expungment law in my state. Anyone in the know think I might be able to have the syringe charges dropped if the OTC law goes through? That will cut a year off my licsence suspension.
