inexperienced opium user

Swim is getting a half ounce of opium in a few weeks, swim has smoked opium before but he only had a little bit (one times use) and he enjoyed it very much. If the opium is of ok quality (im sure nothing too great but a trustworthy, experienced friend of swim told him its definitly quality stuff), and swim is looking to use it about twice a week, how long do you think the half ounce will last him? cuz if its somthing that will go fast swim could just pony up for the whole ounce...

also, swim enjoyed packing a bowl of weed and putting some opium ontop, really good stuff. but swim is wondering if there are any other methods of consumption that may be more effectient or powerful? swim is ok with eating, snorting, smoking, and drinking his drugs, but isnt into shooting em or putting things up his butt. If anyone has any advice swim would really appreciate it, thanks everyone, peace....

you should use 0,5 g. in a night.
so (ipoteticaly) half once will be enough for 28 times.
If you start to need more,it's not good so i suggest you to have a rest every two weeks.
The best way to use opium is eat it. Much stronger then smoked.
If it's clean and you see no sign of mold, eat it or put it in gelly caps and gobble.
start with a lower dose.

thanks anabolictrio. so swim can just straight up munch on the shit and get more fucked up than smoking? no need to cook it in any way or do anything to it? will the same amount that swim would normally smoke get em as fucked up (or more) if they ate it? do you find the combination of smoking and eating any better or worse?

also, swim really enjoyed opium the few times hes had a chance to try it, but there is one thing he is worried about. swim also enjoys painkillers, but he doesnt handle the withdrawl too well (thats why he spaces his doses out over the weeks, no tolerance and no withdrawl). swim understands that both opium and painkillers are opiate containing substances and swim is wondering if opium usually causes similar withdrawl/addictive symptoms as painkillers can. swim knows how to be safe and smart with drugs, he would just like to know in advance if withdrawl is something he really needs to expect.

of course... opium is really addictive.
you must be carefoul because if you use opium for 3 day or more when you stop you'll experience unpleasant pain everywhere...
in my esperience these pains will last for less then a week.
You shouldn't consume other opium to stop the pain in this period!
It's also a psicological mater.

Eating opium it's stronger then smoke , you need less and it last much more then smoked.
If you cook it you will destroy part of the alkaloids.
Moreover opium tea is really disgusting and hard to drink,even if you use a lot sugar!
So i prefer to put it in a jelly caps, or mix it with artemisia tincture.
I usually eat half a gram and then i smoke a little foil.
This is usually enough for me for a long night!
If you are unexperienced eat just a 0,25 gram and smoke the same quantity.
Otherway you could have strong nausea and reject everything!
DO NOT EAT anything else for at least 5 hours or more!!!!that's important!
Even if you are hungry! don't eat!
Quiteness is really important , i think smoking opium with somebody else is a great waste.
I prefer to stay alone, no tv ,or music, just me, a bed and some tobacco.

Use it only when you can get the most out of the experience and it'll be great. In other words, give yourself a "hangover/withdrawal day" during wich you relax and dont use other painkillers. Opium deserves good treatment.

appreciate the tip. at the time swim will get his stash, his will also have some herb and ecstacy, so do you recommend giving these a break as well the day before using opium (not so much the weed i guess, but the e specifically)? thanks!

Don't worry so much about the weed.
SWIM would say a little opium sounds nice to combat the unpleasantness of the day after rolling. Dont overdo it, is my advice.

Opium is a very versatile drug... you can mix it pleasantly with almost every drugs.
In my opinion a little of weed will strongly boost your opium experience especially the dreaming aspect.
