Question M/4 is this diludid?
SWIM got a small white round pill one side says M one side 4. The source says its an opiate (diluad). Ive heard of this but never tried it is it any good and is this pill legit?

It is dilaudid. Do lots of reading before deciding whether to take this one.

Your in for a treat my friend. If eating or snorting i'd say go for half your first time and wait a good couple hours before deciding to do more (It can make one quite sick, although not in a nessecarily unpleasant way.) Keep in mind however that drugs this pleasurable carry a rather high risk for psychological addiction.

Dilaudid is a hydrogenated ketone of morphine and a personal favorite of SWIMs. SWIM always spiked up one 4 mg. tablet if not tolerant and up to 10 if tolerant.
