Drug info - Question: How long will 5mg Valium (Diazepam) be in SWIM's system?

Alright I took a 5mg Valium (generic) i am wondering how long this will be in my system, i have looked on the site and i got many different answers so if anyone can tell me that would be great, this is also the first time I have taken vailum in around a month so it was not in my system before. 300 ng/ml valium equivalence does anyone know what that means?

I did some research and I can not find out how long Valium last's in the system i have read that it lasts 2-3days, 7-10 days, 1-48days, 32days, and 1-2 days.

This is very confusing, then I found out that there is a cutoff which i posted above which is 300 ng/ml- what the hell does that mean, does that mean if there is only a certain amount in your system you will come up negative? I do not know, does anyone?
