90mg dihydrocodeine

SWIM has 200 of these and has been binging on them for 7 days now. Last night he took 480mg's with 160mg's of temazepam (jellies) and was quite messed up. I felt good but found it hard to pee and was tripping and nodding quite a bit.

Would you say 480mg's is a bit too high for someone thats only been on them for 7 days when 90mg's would give him a nice buzz at first?

What is that in comparison with other opiates? I think its twice as strong as codeine so that would be almost a gram of codeine!!

I saw a comparison chart on this forum some time ago but can't find it now.

How much hydrocodone would that be like taking?

480mg dihydrocodeine is the equivalent of 48mg of oral morphine which is equivalent of 48mg Vicodin

I think 480 mg of codeine would be equivalent to 48 mg oral morphine. Unless dihydrocodeine isnt any stronger than codeine?
Oh ya and oggy, SWIM is one lucky bastard.

and ya almsot a gram of codeine is sure alot, SWIM did 320 extracted to sometihng like 280-300 mg and drank that down the other day, and he was goin realll nice.

160mg's of temazepam is a hell of alot! Also, DCH isn't really very good for getting stoned on, better than codiene though. (more than twice as strong)

Yeah SWIM's laying off the drugs for a couple of weeks!! Is there a way to make it into something stronger? Like hydroconone or even better. Or do you think its not worth it?

SWIM seems to get a high tolerance to benzo's and other narcotics very fast(even alcohol) but lucky for SWIM he doesn't get addicted to things. He does get the tast for things and binges now and then.

Where did you get this oggy? SWIM has searched numerous resources (and she works in palliative care) and the conversion dose for dihydrocodeine-oral morphine is never any more than "divide by 10", sometimes it is listed as "divide by 12.5". The conversion for codeine-oral morphine is "divide by 10".

Dihydrocodeine is NOT twice as strong as codeine, at least not if you're looking at equianalgesic doses.

SWIM's taken 180mg's of oral morphine in one go so that would be like taking 1,800mg's of codeine. SWIM was mess up for days after and had a real bad comedown and was depressed for a week or 2.
