Fo ti root vs Valerian root

witch one is the strongest. witch one has the best effect. dosages if anyone have any.

what are u trying to do with these? Fo ti is used to restore youthful features and valerian is often used as a sleep aid. Is there a recreational value for these? or r u interested in their original purposes? i dunno just need a little more info to help you.

I was told that Fo ti had a stimulanting and tranquilizing effect, and valerian root was sedative.Good for a downing effect.

ok velerian takes ~1350mg of the powder or 2 tspn on the liquid. Fo ti takes ~14g of dried material. as for the strength im not sure but from what i read velerian is prolly better.

Valerian is good when you want to sleep but cant for whatever reason ,it makes you tired and when you lie down you get to sleep much faster and the next morning you dont notice anything.

Another great effect that Valerian has is for its Anti Anxiolytic/ anti depressant properties! SWIM has been using it for like a week for these purposes and life has been wonderful. SWIM decided to not use it today and it was not a great day at all for me! SWIM went to a truck pull and could think about nothing but how much life stunk and how much it sucks. Have never used it in larger amounts but if did it would be one heck of a fun day SWIM thinks.
