How can this be legal? (pertaining to DUI's)
hey guys,
Recently i was talking to some old friends of mine and they were talking to me about some weird things the police in my town do. There is a certain bar that is mainly a college student bar. Well from what my friends say, on some nights the local cops or bar staff rub vasoline on the headlights of the cars parked in the parking lot. So that when people leave, and a police officer sees the car on the road, the headlights will "glisten", therefore the officer pulls the driver over for DUI. Is this legal? I have yet to visit that bar, not my cup of joe, so i cannot tell you if this is true or not, just something ive heard. I live in a small town with way too many cops (can't drive 3 miles without seeing one) that have nothing to really do except wreck parties and worry about drinking. Therefore i can actually believe this, once at a friends there were a few people drinking in his basement, cops caught wind of this and decided to move in, his little 4 year old sister answered the door and the officers (about 7 of them) ran past the little girl with guns in hand. His parents were home and did not care, they are still trying to sue the department for unwarented search. So anyway, can officers tag cars that are parked at a bar in order to pull them over later? I have no idea if its legal or not, sounds like they have some sort of loophole for getting away with it. If this is true those bastards are getting dam well sneaky, bloody cops.

There was a rotten, stinking turd of a cop in my old town (lots of 'em actually, but this one was special). He was a real SOB who did things like climb trees and photograph kids masturbating in their bedrooms, and then show them the pictures and make them narc on all their friends - or he'd hand the photos out at the school! Real charming guy.
This pig had pet sheep at his house, which he adored! I wonder.....Anyways, some cruel bastard stole his fucking(!) sheep one night. Pigger went ballistic. The next night some evil people got a pile of lamb bones from a restuarant, and a goat's head from a Carribean market. Nice and fresh and dripping blood. The bones were scattered in the cop's yard. The goat's head was mounted on a sharp wooden pole and planted on his lawn - looking at his bedroom window. Don't get mad. Get even! |

HAHA FUCKIN AWESOME^^^
But about the vasoline, do they say they pulled you over because you were at a bar? Because even if they know you were at a bar they still need a real reason to pull u over in the first place. But they are not above pulling you over and making up a BS reason for it, my guess is that its not Illegal but its prolly not entirely ethical, u might be able to argue it in court. |

haha holy shit, now thats getting even. I would actually feel bad for the pig having to see something that horrifying, but he completely diserved that shit, climbing in trees...WTF! *closes blinds*
And im not sure if they have real reasons or not. Chances are they pull the driver over and claim they were swerving, and using cop magic, they realize the driver had been drinking and brought him in. No drunk person could say," no judge, i wasnt swerving, this cop pulled a trick on me", and get away with it. The cops just found a way to bust drunk drivers in a completely immoral way. I should go to the bar sober, leave sober, and drive near cops. What would they do if they realized i was completely sober? It would seem with a good lawyer, the cop could be found in an actionable position. |
