One ounce of foliage usually makes up for about 28 servings (i.e. one serving for each gram). 10x would be somewhere around 8 to 10 servings for a moderate Salvia user. This is just my opinion.

It depends on how sensitive you are to Salvia. If you can get the effects of your liking with only foliage and/or you are relatively new to Salvia, then you should obviously buy the foliage. If you're looking for something stronger, I would suggest trying 5x or 6x and wait on trying the 10x. You might get unwanted results with such a strong potency; it's completely up to the tolerance level of the person smoking it.
