RC’s that are still legal?
Are there any RC's that are still legally available somewhere from someone? IDON'T want to know where to get them. i like this forum and want to stay here, i hope this post is allowed. I would just like to know the names of any that arent illegal in the US, or not legal since none were legal in the first place becasue of the analogue act or w/e but maybe some new or lesser known ones that arent yet red flagged?. ThanksEdited by: IHrtHalucingens |

Look under legal info on ewroid not many are illegal 2c-t7, amt, 5meodipt, 2c-b, bzp, dob tma-2 are some of the very few to be illegal and yes all even ilegal ones are available somewhere from someone. Most probally can fall under the analogue act if intent is wrong |

It really depends on how technical you want to get. There are a few that are scheduled. There are a few that are not scheduled, but have been successfully presocuted as an anolog.
Technically, if you have then in possession, in a form of a capsul, or in liquid or in any form that can be used to injest, it is an analog (by intent of human use) and is illegal. If you have them in your posession for proper research, then the unscheduled ones are not illegal. SWIM get's so tired of people thinking it's legal, therefor they can be open about their use of it. One thing everyone must realize, if they don't already, is if it is administered or intended to be administered to a human (or any warm blooded animal) without proper FDA approval then you are breaking the law in the united states. |

no bulk lists of iupac names please.
as pinkavvy said, finished form doses beg for the analog act to be dragged in by the ears by the obvious immplication of intention to administer invivo. as such, if LE cares enough, they'd argue you're breaking what i believe would be the UN convention, violating the anti-drug laws of many / most countries. Then shouldn't the prosecuting body be The World Court in The Hague? I'd demand it.

Consider yourself fortunate - it's easier to liost the non-controlled RC's in the UK. Mind you, if the compound isn't specifically covered by the Misuse of Drugs Act, you can ingest it without fear of any stupid 'it's illegal because you intended it for human consumption' type of arguement

the analogue act applies chemicals that are similar in effect, not just composition, to scheduled substances. so all rc could be considered illegal?

Unless you can prove a legitamite research purpose for having such, then the government could argue you have it for illegal (ingestion, etc.) purposes - thereby making it schedule I with the stroke of a pen. At least as far as the hypothetical 'you' is concerned.
