During my global wanderings, the only nation that I'vevisited where fresh MM's are openly sold is Indonesia. Can anyone else list another nation where MM's are available in the open these days? |

Amsterdam is a good place to go for shrooms. They are sold openly as with marijuana.

Our friend Dharmabum is giving us info that is either outdated or very new, since I know for a fact that as a part of their "security measures" for the World Cup 2 years ago, the Mushrooms sold legally were outlawed. If this has changed recently, please give us a news link if possible. |

The legal difference in the UK between fresh and dried is in the phrase "altered by the hand of man so as to constitute a preparation". The reasoning behind this is that a mushroomas itgrows is in its natural state, and no more than a plant that occurs naturally so its legal. Legal to pick, grow, sell, give away or consume. Its once you start drying, powdering, boiling in water to make tea, etc that it classified as a preparation and as a class A drug (like heroin, cocaine, etc). |

Im pretty sure shrooms will be made illegal in the UK in the near future, I went into a shop in London the other day on Berwick Street (good record shops) and they told me the police had told them to stop selling. |

growkits are legal to sell anyway and the fresher you eat them the better so i dont care if they make them illegal now anyway.
