Tramadol + Diazepam + codeine

I've got a prescription on Tramadol Diazepam and codeine what would be the best combination, i alos have weed lying around. Any good combos that would be suggested would be great....

Tramadol and codine dont do much for me. Whats strenth isthe codine, is it mixed with paracetamol?

it's not mixed with paracetamol no it's codeine phosphate 30mg oral pills and i got hundreds
