Odd Low THC Hash

SWIM's purchased some rather disappointing hash recently and it may well contain very low amounts of THC or no THC at all! This comes as a major disappointment because it's not often one comes across a weaker smoke than soapbar in these parts and it was priced considerably higher than the scum. Odd thing is, when SWIM saw the hash at first, it looked pretty decent as it had a nice smell and a decent rich yellow colour. However, smoking it doesn't seem to get SWIM stoned at all. The stuff is of a sandy texture (almost like keif) so brittle that it won't even stay on a gauze.

Has anyone ever come across anything like this? Do you think there's a possibility that someone out there is making hash with no THC at all in it?
