why didnt salvia divinorum work?

the other day i purchased some salvia extract from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.i rolled a whole gram of it into a cig and took 5 huge hits off it,holding the flame of the lighter on the end at all times,an absoloutley nothing happned!please tell me what could have gone wrong

Salvia tends to combust a little bit faster than normally smoked psychoactives such as cannabis or tobacco so you need to smoke it all in one hit i.e. on a bong or a pipe. Watch how much you smoke though. Underestimating the bong hit you take can give you an experience you weren't expecting.Edited by: nature_boy_liam
