Salvia divinorum + Sleep

I did salvia last Saturday and after I had done it have been having trouble falling asleep.



I usually pass out in a few minutes but now it can take up to an hour
or two to fall asleep. Is there any connection with salvia and
this or is it just me?



Just curious since it happened after salvia.

You should have used the search engine, I made a topic regarding the same thing. I was having a great deal of trouble falling asleep after smoking salvia, but most people reported the opposite.

I've had trouble getting to sleep after smoking salvia too. Usually I have some weed to wind down after hitting the salvia but one night I didn't have anything on me and I struggled to sleep because I kept playing the visions from the trip over and over in my head. I guess the rush of excitement that salvia stimulates in the body can cause sleeping problems. I'd imagine it's the mind's natural reaction to the trip and that it's nothing much to worry about. Perhaps it's a lot like the kid that can't sleep because Santa is on the way.

Is this just the day you have smoked, or every day adter you have smoked?
