Mushrooms and Orange Juice?

I've heard from plenty of people that orange juice somehow stimulates
the effects of magic mushrooms? Is this scientifically correct
and how so? Is it even a signifigant stimulator? Or is it
just a myth?

I've done magic mushrooms plenty of times and never bothered to drink orange juice when eating them.

Just looking for some clarification.
