Correct Method and Amount?

I just got some my salvia extract 5x via e-mail.



I assume in one to two weeks I will be sparking this great plant up and
experiencing what it is really about. However, I have heard that
you got to do certain things for the salvia to effect you right?
Hold it in as long as possible? Light it with a torch
lighter? Does a water bong effect it in anyway? Also, I was
wondering for a first trip the amount that should be taken. I've
heard that one good hit is enough to do the deed.
