Social - Domestic Airport Security With Regards To Cocaine?

Does anyone know how detectable coke is? What can those x-ray machines really pick up? I'm not talking about a massive amount, maybe just an 8ball?

Dogs will definetly smell even trace amounts. Also, SWIM has a friend that has been detained in customs for having residue on his cards in his wallet. The machines that the customs agents have now can detect anything! Even weeks after using a card to put out a line.

I know someone who smuggled some X pills through by wrapping them up in carbon papaer and tin foil, and putting them in his hair gel. If small amounts of a substance were concealed amid a load of strongly smelling hair gel, what are the chances of it being picked up?

I would pack it tightly and either have it in my pocket conveniently so
that if there are dogs I could swallow it or transport it in my mouth
in the first place. I have done this a couple of times.

SWIM just got patted down at Logan Int'l this past Wednesday with two Eights on his person. He had to go through the security check point two different times as his flights got changed. The first time through was no problem. SWIM carried it the little pocket on the right side of our jeans above the normal pocket. The second time through security got a little dicey. SWIM was selected for a random security check. He was patted down and scanned by TSA. Thankfully, hewas let on his way home.SWIM has taped it under his balls in the past and felt much safer, but he didn't have the opportunity to do so this time around.


It isn't worth it the risk, but SWIM doesn't always think rationally.

SWIM has done this: Packed 50 pills into a video cassette and posted it to some friends in Oz. It arrived there, with a big sticker proclaiming "This has been opened by Australia Customs" (presumably for import tax purposes) They were shitting themselves for weeks and didn't open the packetuntil theywere essentially deperate (MDMA very expensive in Oz the couple of timesshe's been out there) all the drugs intact, undetected, and no men banging on the door in the middle of the night. you should make a very tight ball of cling film and shove it up the ass...always works for me.....virtually impossible to fail...and you are safe...when you don't feel it anymore you don't even think about it anymore

remember he/she is talking about domestic flights in the US, therefor the luggage and person do not go through customs. Swim has traveled many places in the country by plane with an ounce or two of weed. swim put it in a ziplock bag sprayed it with axe then put it in another zip lock sprayed with axe again then put it in a old pretty nasty smellign lacrosse glove and checked the bag, did not carry it onto the plane so didnt have ot worry about the random security checks. never been caught doin this however cocaine is a little different than weed in the seriousness of the crime if u do get caught i prolly wouldnt do it unless like stated above it is stuck up the ass.

Left from LaGuardia to O'hare and from O'hare to Laguardia. Some of those TSA people look like total refects of society. They didin't even look at me wheni was commingback to NYC. I could have had an ouce of coke planted on me and they wouldn't have any idea.They only pat you down and check for hard objectsif they random check you.

how common are dogs for domestic flights leaving from a decently small
airport? Some dude i talked to was thinking of bringing a
small amount of weed (might even make hash oil to cut down on size)
maybe a little coke (very small amount, like half g) and maybe other
things. He has been through that airport before last summer and
no dogs were even pressent and he managed to bring a small amount of
weed and some other things just taped to his leg. He has flown
through that airport many times actually, and has never once seen a
dog. Any advice?



And to contribute, i have heard that double vacume sealing, and washing
with bleach each layer is undetectable. But i havent tested this

swim travels quite a bit and in swims experiences, dogs are quite
uncommon, however sometimes they are there... you never know. in swims
opinion, taking drugs through an airport is an unnecessary risk, you
know for a fact you will undergo some sort of inspection. It's not like
driving with drugs, where you aren't guarenteed to get pulled over. And
smaller quanities are even more of an unnecessary risk, doesn't matter
if you have .5g or a kilo on you, if you're caught you're fucked.



so now that we covered swim doesn't advocate it... don't let it go
through the x-ray, don't pack it at all, keep it on you if you really
need it.

how could an X-ray pick up on a cleverly packed, smallwrap of coke in your suitcase? Surely it wouldn't and the chances of getting caught are negligable? I know someone who put a couple of Es in his hair gel (wrapped up tightly first), which was in his toiletry bag,and this was fine.Anyone an expert on these sort of things?Is there any waysecurity could have pickedit up?

You could probably get through with cleverly packed drugs, but putting
a baggie in your suitcase or something in something it shouldn't be
like a bag in a bottle of shampoo will alert security if they catch it.

don't pack your drugs, keep them on you. swim also said that swim
doesnt advocate doing this, but if you think you are clever enough to
get it past do whatever you want, you'll probably get it through but
its just stupid. drugs can be found in any city you goto.



and I have dated a t-s a employee for some time, we've talked about
this stuff, so I do believe the advice is credible. google for some
airport x-ray shots and figure out what they can and can't see.

find someone were your going beforehand through a friend or whatever and get your shit at you destination. although swim does know of a 'friend' who routinely takes cross country flights with cocaine in emptied out pills placed back in their bottle so it appears to be an over the counter med and he has never experienced a problem

There's no question that one can fine clever ways to avoid physical detection (as blondie has done). The real issue is ion scans. For this there is absolutely no substitute for properly packaging and cleaning the item that has to be moved.
