Opiate potentiators). As for potentiating a recemic
mix of two forms of amphetamines like
adderall.. Swim suggests trying to switch to
Dexedrine- it uses just the most potent form of
amphetamine- (D) and is one notch
higher on the Amp scale. It's used for ADHD much the same as
Ritalin or Adderall
and is in fairly wide use, especially with the toddler crowd, ages 3- 6yrs, and U.S. Jet
Pilots on long missions over Iraq/Afghan.'n.
Otherwise, you could experiment with the baking soda/ tums thing and note any
effects. Just start by titrating upwards, with caution. BTW, Dextrorotary says
how, "by lowering the pH of the stomach one can enhance the absorption of
amphetamine." Uhm, don't you mean it would
raise pH, thereby lessening stomach

Swim thinks he recalls specifically the OTC acid reducer/heartburn med
Cimetidine (200mg, works for 24 hrs.) also known as Tagamet (brand name).
Moreover, No beta blockers, MAOIs, sedatives/antihistamines, and some B.P. meds-
pretty obvious stuff.
Also, nothing adds to the effects of amphetamine like other
stimulants- most
notably
caffeine (pill forms contains a whopping 200mg). However, mixing a Sch. II
amphetamine with Any type of stimulant (OTC included) can get pretty hardcore.
Use only with extreme caution if at all.
Lastly, Adderall XR could (theoretically) be insufflated; which just
makes for a much quicker absorbtion but might lessen duration.
