plugging question - detailed inside norco/fent currently -

SWIM currently has been taking, has script for hydrocodone 120 a month, would like to know how his tolerance is to fentanyl, 25 patch and it is a older one from 04 which just has gel inside. 24 hours ago, patch was applied and SWIM does not feel much pain, SWIM used 20mg of hydrocodone (norco) 10/325 yellow hard ones and didn't feel much, just pain relief. Tonight, right now, SWIM wants to know if he should or was already planning on taking 30mg Plugged which he has done before and had good and ok experiences and cannot get a good dump out, bowel movement. This morning SWIM had a decent one but decided to do oral and wanted to know would it be a waste if he tries tonight, never has tried it with baking soda and is going to try next time. Been several hours since he had a bowel movement now and since this morning but has not ate anything except a half of a subway sandwich about 3-4 hours ago.

If he decides to plug, SWIM was going to use warm water and do 6cc of warm water and see if it cleans him out and preps him for the next step. Not sure if it will get absorb or not.

Other option was that SWIM was to use a patch with gel, take a little out with paper clip and smoke it now that he does not fear that the patch was too much to handle cause SWIM feels something would happen by now meaning negative and has nothing to report or even plug a little bit but fears this and needs info on.

sorry for the long message.

WOAH!!! COLD water extraction!!! NOT WARM!!!

Cold water keeps the APAP from disolving, using warm water could result in a dangerous level of APAP. One can always warm the water afterward. Not that I am recommending any of the procedures above, not my area of expertise, but at the very least, do a proper extraction!

Scared SWIM, and should be. SWIM has done this a few times only and recently and at least they were the 10/325 and has done it with morphine which SWIM prefers the most but has to be done. thanks for the advise about using cold water, SWIM read a guide on here and it said to use warm water but doing 30mg is going to be 925 APAP. and has already used 15cc of warm water alone and it has been about 25minutes and swim will now see whats up with that.
