morphine IR injection?

I know this topic has been discussed at length but I am still unclear on the process. SWIM came into some 30mg Morphine IR pills from another country they are light green in color and seem to have no outer coating. SWIM has crushed 2-4 of them and mixed with 2-3 mls of H2O and heated until it begins to boil. SWIM has found that it turns into a thick paste and with some work HE can extract 3/4 ml through cotton but is left with a huge amount of clumpy green powder. SWIM has tested the liquid wich was also green using IM and found that it works to an extent but he believes that he is not able to dissolve a great portion of the morphine into the water. Without using complex chemistry or hard to get chemicals is there a better way to prepare these tablets for IM injection? SWIM is sure that 90-120mgs morphine IM should have a greater effect than what he has gotten from this method so far. Any detailed help would be appreciated. SWIM also saved all the leftover paste from the previous attempts.
