I think a small quantity might get you a warning if no other drugs or paraphenalia were found on your person. but more than a couple of grams may get you a free ride to the local jail. i have a hunch they may suspect you are intending to distribute it and are planng to pass it off as a controlled substance on the street

This might be a good advice arround the world, but really isnt all that great in denmark, since the police here is too lazy to do shit if they can avoid it (or they are just beeing fair?)

Anyway SWIM and some of his friends tried this; The police stopped them with some Methylone, actually quite a lot of methylone, and when SWIM told them what it was, they said ok, and let SWIM keep it, another time they took it, but it came back to SWIM, a friend of SWIM also had it taken together with some clean mdma, he got a fine for the mdma but got the methylone back.

Swim got arrested once for.counterkpsdgm... anyway when he was asked to step out of the car he let his folded up piece's of paper containing dom, and dpt gently fall to the ground unnoticed. Well they found it eventually. While he was sitting in the back of the cruiser enjoying the cops frustration trying to figure out what the substance's was, one of the officers came and asked in such a nice and freindly manner, "is this your heroin?" swim replied it wasnt his and the cop told him that they tested it and it has heroin on it. Eventually after admitting to nothing they left swim alone. Mysteriously when swim was bonded out he had 200mgs of Dom and 500mg of DPT in his property bag. Swim realizes the DOM was schedule one and the DPT is 100% legal. So keeping his mouth shut prolly saved him from yet another charge. Is this your heroin? WTF first base is tha other way buddy. Cops and their advanced psychological tactics.

It would be interesting to hear if anyone busted with 'legal' RC's had them returned.

On reflection perhaps NOT making a human rights campaign out of getting swiy 'legal' drugs back. At the moment it seems grey for a lot of RC's. Swim is going to enjoy it while it lasts.

Someone on page 1 asked what kind of research can you do with these "research chemicals" if it excludes use on animals, plants and humans. Well, unfortunately, that would most likely be in vitro work, like binding studies with cell membrane preparations.

Of course, walking home at this time of night attracted attention from the police who said that they had got a call and people matching "our description" were seen acting suspiciously around cars. At this time SWIM knew what was about to happen so he took a deep breath and tried to act as cool as possible.

The officers said the usual stuff, "have anything on you you shouldnt have, etc." SWIM figured he may aswell just confess, as it was in his front pocket anyway. SWIM said something along the lines of, "you're not going to like this, but it is legal, some powder i got online." The officer dabbed his finger in the bag, and tasted the chemical. SWIM was thinking "good job this isn't something more potent, man." After he tasted it, he told SWIM he was going to get the benefit of the doubt, and was going to let SWIM free. SWIM was asked a few questions, name, age, adress etc. The police officer handed him back the methylone, and SWIM made it home safely.

I guess it seems like the police don't really want to waste the time testing every powder they find, as long as you don't act suspicious when they're talking to ya.

If someone was caught lets say at a night club with the research chemical and the police ask what it was and you said "dunno" or "can't say" they would take SWIY in straight off as they would think it was "Cocaine". SWIY would get arrested until the morning when they would test it and once it came out negitive they would let SWIY go on bail.

Haha, SWIY is lucky that the police know the taste of Cocaine and just let SWIY move along. SWIM could imagine it being JWH-018 and 2-3 hours later the officer is gripping the steering wheel for all eternity (this happens to SWIM, frigging scares this shizzle out of him)
