patches. fentanyl should not be taken by someone with out some tolerance to opiates

is thinking right. so the total amount of of fentanyl is 5.6 milligrams, or 5600 micrograms (the metric system is so much less complicated), it may say on the patch. the dosage is so complicated and CRITICAL to safe use of fentanyl. mistaken numbers swill lead to death. swim would say that you have enough fentanyl to kill swiyourself many times over. that link says 100 to 200 Micrograms is a good starting point, 200 micrograms is 1/28th of that total patch (assuming that my numbers are correct, which you should check for swiyourself) a lot of people die from fentanyl, this is one that new users need to stay away from!
