diet/body on Ecstasy
kinda wierd topic but curiosity overpowers me at the moment, does taking E, lets say everyweek, change the way you look over a period of time if your not looking after your body (vitamins and minerals ect.). I personally don't have a clue if diet effects anything but since I started takingE/mdma seriouslyI've always been as healthy a possible in the sense that I follow a healthy diet, go for walks and stuff and try to keep off drugs during the week. Do any of you think that by doing this I 'll in some ways counter the negative effects of e's/mdma (muscle/fat waste, wieght loss and so on)...... mabye I'm just going mad "taking drugs the healthy way" sounds far fetched to say the least but if any of you people also try to counter the negative effects post your thoughts or methods.
