I think both the red variety and the yellow variety vary alot in their potency. I'm not aware than one is comonly more potent than the other. |

My understanding on this is that amanita muscaria var. formosa contains
more muscarine (bad) and less muscimol (good). So basically, formosa is probably less potent and more toxic. Although all shrooms will vary in potency somewhat. Last edited by Phungushead; 13-12-2005 at 09:18. Reason: aesthetics... |
