perhaps it was fentanyl, it's an opiate too, but it's 80 times more potent than heroin.

first off let me justsay thati'm sorry for your loss...alot of "heroin overdoses" are the result of a combination of coke and heroin (speedball)...its one possibility thats fairly common.

Heroin comes in all different strengths sometimes the dealers don't realise what they have but when this happens alot of people O.D. at once. My girlfriend used to use occasionally and used to drop everytime that was until she went into a coma for 3 weeks she now has a brain injury and I give her measured doses but she complains and always wants to be on the edge. If she was an occasional user it is easy to have an accident, if she is aregular user and no one else in the area O.D. that day it was probably deliberate. I know if I ever O.D. my family would be 99% sure it was suicide but that is because I am safe others like to push it to the limit every go.
