I was wondering if anyone could answer a question for me. I recently failed a drug test for the court services on a bullshit false posetive for pcp. The lady who does my drug tests filed a detention order on me. The police came to pick me up and i wasn't home, my stepdad told them I'd be home in a few days. Well I've been home for over a week now and they haven't come to pick me up again. I'm going to turn 18 in 10 days and i was wondering if they can take a detention order and have me put in jail after i turn 18 because it doesn't look like they're coming to get me anytime soon. Any help would be greatly appreciated.....I really don't wanna go to jail.
