busted with E

SWIM got busted with 2 pills. it was his first offence. this happened in AB canada, does anyone have any idea wut kinda punishment they might give him???, plz really need to know. SWIM is under 18 also, would it by any chance be cleared when he turns 18Edited by: big_mac

Not sure about Canada. A 19 yo friend w/prior offenses was caught
with 4 pills. Was given the choice of going to Iraq or facing
severe punishment.

though it's a cute story, what's more severe then being sent to fight a war?

also, where would this kind of punishment be delt out? could not have been in the u.s. as that wouldn't fly in any court jurisdiction in the unites states (being illegal.) perhaps your friends had charged dropped for whatever reason, counted himself lucky, and patriotic family helped him 'change his life' my going a differant direction.
