For those who speak french, the following link leads to a government site describing some methods employedfor watching drug related websites ("veille internet")
this page is from 2001, and discusses the bookmarking system (site updates are checked every two months), notably of Erowid. worth a glance : http://www.drogues.gouv.fr/fr/savoir...et_mai2001.htm seems pretty obvious that a forum such as this one is also watched, for collecting data on new substances...
