LSD if my friend's diabetic?

SWIM has a friend that wants to try to hit acid, but isn't sure the affects it will have on him, because he is a diabetic. SWIM hears that it cuts off sugar to the brain and something else flows. Any truth to this?

Answers would be GREATLY appreciate, thx!

If you're a Diabetic: LSD is OK.

A Question comes in from the Ether: "SWIM hears that it [LSD] cuts off sugar to the brain." Well, LSD does NOT cut-off the Sugar supply to anyone's brain ... Diabetes or not.

I KNOW the answer to this one. First, I have diabetes. I have taken my Blood-sugar level before ... during ... and after Trips. Actually, my Sugar level Improves during and after a Trip. Somehow, it makes my body happier. In fact, by+3 hours, my Glucose level is Perfect (90 points) ... and it usually remains so for 24 hours. So, on Trip days, I do NOT take my Medicine. What a Bonus: A Trip, and a rest for my body.

Second, I have known several Psychonauts who have Diabetes. They have happily Tripped MANY times, many safe times.

Third, ifthe sugar supply to anyone's brain was cut-off, it would be aproblem (whether diabetic or not). But, what could possibly do such a thing? Certainly NOT LSD.
